I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay. The hotel is located about 1 km from Mall Road, and the management thoughtfully provides complimentary pick-and-drop service to and from the area. The staff is humble, polite, and quick to respond. The food is of good quality and reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and offer a stunning scenic view of the hills -- you can enjoy your meals while soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The only minor drawback was that the rooms are not soundproof, and occasional noise from the parking area above can be a bit disruptive when cars come and go frequently. Overall, a lovely stay with great service and value.

The property location is good, reasonable food, and serving staff are very good, the 1st day was good. But 2nd day this happened, if you are a family who are non-smoker and need some quiet time this is not the place because this property doesn't have any rule related to in-room smoking which can get in your room through bathroom ducts even when the exhaust is ON, also there could be people like teenagers who can be loud throughout the night in next room or common lawn with hotel manager telling you, sir this should not be a problem. For turning-off of the music, I have to call 3 times and finally tell the manager that I will call the police.

Such wonderful place to stay, great valley view from balcony, reasonable price, polite/helpful staff. Food taste is also very good. It is nearby Mall Road and they provide pick-up and drop from Mall Road complimentary. Highly recommend.

One of the best affordable hotel in Mussoorie, just one km way from busy mall road. Peaceful, Royal feel with excellent balcony view ome all first floor rooms. Food average but u can explore many eateries in Mall road. Free pickup & drop from Mall Road another plus point

I have stayed here for one day and the check out time was before 12pm as mentioned on the site the staff people were continuously calling from 9pm the receptionist or maybe the manager name Sohan was so rude and arrogant. Even after complaining he was just doing arguments. After ordering food room service was poking for one or the another thing... if you want a bad experience and spoil your mood. You can definitely go there. Owner of this hotel Mr. Aggarwal you must keep check on staff

Only good thing is location and view. Rooms are very unmaintained and staff is mostly untrained. Food is inconsistent, sometimes good sometimes bad. They give tap water to drink mentioning it as RO water. Parking could be troublesome if the hotel is full.

It was a really good stay at the hotel. Starting from the welcome from the staff till the send off everything was good. Rooms are located facing the valley, which makes the stay clam and quite even though being so closely located to the mall road. The service, the food, the room everything was good. Food was delicious, simple and homely. They also provide pick n drop service to the mall road entry point which gives one more notch to their service. Will definitely go for the same hotel for all the upcoming trips to Mussorie.
