Hotel is very beautiful and elegant without being fussy. Situated in a quiet location away from the bustle, for people who want to unplug and relax. Have outdoor seating options for family dinners at top floor and gazebo at lower level. Stayed in Premium Room with Balcony. Staff is young but very polite, helpful and courteous. Restaurant manager and staff also need a mention here being excellent and go above & beyond to cater to your needs. Kids are treated with utmost care by the restaurant staff. Dinner buffet options can be improved otherwise food quality is good. A kids playing area should be added in the newly under-construction adjoining building.

Nice Clean Resort. Courteous Staff. Rooms are well maintained. Nice food spread. Elevator for comfort. Close to Company Garden. Serene atmosphere especially with less crowd but peaceful space ||Pleasant stay and Wonderful Mussorie memories.

The property has stunning views from every corner. The stay was very comfortable and the staff is super courteous. The food is amazing. Rooms are beautifully designed. |If you are looking for a secluded property I definitely recommend Justa hollow oak.

Luxurious rooms, beautiful view and great vibe. Enjoyed amazing pahadi food, couteous staff, heart stealing interiors, calming and heart warming instrumental piano in the restaurant. Shivraj and team were very hospitable. Overall uplifting experience.

We had a 3 Night stay at this Hotel. The only good thing about this hotel are the rooms may be because it 's new property. Right from check in to check out the service of the staff is very bad. There don't care about customer service or how important the customer satisfaction is. The manager at the restaurant is arrogant and not accommodating for any requests. I have never seen a worst menu for breakfast and dinner at this hotel. The taste and quality of food is bad. We have asked them to improve the first day itself. But it kept getting worse. The location also is remote. Overall the promoters just built a hotel but forgot to place efficient people to run the business and who don't care about customer service.

We were skeptical at first since we hadn't heard of this chain of hotels but our experience at their Mussoorie location was fantastic. We were impressed with the service we received from the staff, especially at the restaurant. One of the nights during our stay, we were going to reach the hotel around 11:30pm due to unforeseen circumstances and their dinner service closed around 10:00pm. We called ahead letting them know, and they kindly kept the kitchen open and the manager Mr. Lalit stayed back, along with the chefs and the waiter. They were all very kind to us about our late arrival and still made us fresh and hot food. Since we were travelling with 2 babies, we really appreciated this gesture. Mr. Sivraj and his team at the restaurant also provided us with equally great service. Also, the hotel and our rooms had beautiful views of the snow capped Himalayas. Would recommend this hotel for a stay in Mussoorie.

The experience was very nice. The staff was very cooperative. I will recommend everyone to visit the property. The food was very good. The restaurant team was very cooperative especially Shivraj Singh Shekhawat and Komal Pooja chef, Deepak recipes was very good

We stayed for 2 nights in justa hollow oak Mussoorie and we had a great experience and enjoyed a lot. The food here was absolute blast and the service they gave us was mind blowing. Special thanks to the restaurant team Shivraj Singh Shekhawat and his team.
