Hotel Rockland Residency

Our stay at this hotel was not good. The room looked nothing like the pictures online -- it was dirty, small, and poorly kept. We requested for a refund since I felt claustrophobic in that small room. But they have a no refund policy. So they upgraded us to the higher category room which was comparatively bigger. This was helpful made the stay a little better. But linen was still not up to the standard. It looked soiled. The water kettle in our room was not cleaned properly. Previous guest had probably used the kettle to make instant noodles and the kettle still had it's remains in it which was disgusting. The location of the hotel was the only benefit since there is a good two-wheeler rental shop right across the street and a petrol pump just 100 meters away. Even the mall road and Library Chowk are easily accessible from this area.

Hotel rooms are nit as shown in the pictures. They are small and conjusted as we have to upgrade to the sweet and have to pay for that. Even upgrading the room they didn't even provide the heater in 6000rs per night room. Room service is very poor they don't know how to talk with customers and they didn't adjust in anything.

I had an amazing 3-day stay at Hotel Rockland Residency. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience--I'd definitely stay here again!

My experience hasn't been good at all, I booked two presidential rooms, the rooms are way smaller than they appear in the pics, food was absolutely unhygienic as I discovered a hair strand in the food, one of the room was stinking as there was some sanitary system glitch apparently. I would certainly not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Avoid Hotel Rockland - Misleading and Fraudulent I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hotel Rockland. The pictures they advertise online are completely misleading and nowhere close to the actual condition of the rooms. The reality is far worse, with rooms that are poorly maintained, unclean, and nothing like what was promised. To make matters worse, the hotel staff failed to honor their cancellation policy and refused to refund my payment despite assurances over the phone. Their lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice and avoid being deceived. This is not just bad service - it's outright fraud

They will not entertain you and make my trip price availability will not be considered. Staff in front us said booking already came rather then informing us politely. Felt insulted with reception hospitality.

We booked a 3-day stay at Hotel Rockland Residency in Mussoorie, but were deeply disappointed--the room was unclean, the attached pillow was filthy, and despite booking dinner, they were told only one veg and one non-veg option was available; even after raising our concerns with the manager, the response was unsatisfactory

It was amazing, trust me guys must book this hotel , cute cozy room with green view , tasty food perfect location and very cooperative staff very welcoming and friendly, specially Sumit and anjana was at reception they very excellent hospitality staff
