I stayed in a ground floor room at Hotel Paradise Mansion and had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and easily accessible, which was convenient. The staff was polite and responsive to requests. The ambiance of the property is peaceful, and the location offers a nice escape from city noise. While the ground floor lacks a scenic view compared to higher floors, it's ideal for those who prefer convenience and quick access. Overall, a good stay and worth the price.

Positives: close to mall road. Food was good , staff were good. Small rooms but clean . Negative : room with valley View is waste, don't spend money as there is new construction ongoing of same property that blocks the view. Reaching hotel from mall road is challenging as you have to wait for hotel vehicle to pick or drop. But they do come with your call. Timing from 8 am to 10 pm. Waiting time could be there based on guest crowd. Breakfast is only served after 8 15, this might delay your overall day plan.

I recently stayed at [paradise mansion crestmont] in Mussoorie and had a great experience overall. The location is perfect--just a short walk from Mall Road but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The views of the surrounding hills and valley were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. The hostel itself is clean and well-maintained. The dorms are cozy, with comfortable beds and individual charging ports and lockers. Bathrooms were clean and had hot water throughout the day. The common area was a nice place to chill, meet fellow travelers, and enjoy some games or a book.

my stay at Paradise Mansion on the 18th and 19th of April 2025. We stayed in rooms 304 and 305, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant due to several unresolved issues and poor service throughout our stay. Car Pickup Request: Upon our arrival, we had informed the front desk approximately 20 minutes before our arrival that we required assistance with our car as the property is located on a steep incline. However, upon reaching the property, we were made to wait for an additional 20 minutes before a driver was arranged to bring our car to the hotel. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Room Cleaning Issues: Day 1: We informed the front desk that the floor of our room was sticky and requested it be cleaned. Unfortunately, no action was taken. Day 2: We again requested room cleaning, and while we were out sightseeing, the front desk assured us this would be taken care of. Upon our return in the evening, we were told that the keys had not been handed over, so cleaning could not be done. Moreover, we were told that no staff was available after 6:00 PM, leaving us to stay in the same dirty room for both days of our stay. Additionally, when we asked for fresh towels, we were told that two towels were provided for the entire duration of our stay and no more would be given. Broken Mattress: Upon check-in, we reported that the mattress in our room was broken, with wires sticking out. Unfortunately, one of the staff members only placed a patch over it, which did not resolve the issue. After my child was injured due to the mattress, we were assured that it would be fixed soon. However, no one came to properly address the issue after that. Breakfast Service: The breakfast service was also extremely disappointing. There was no one available to serve items that were ordered, such as the omelet. We had to wait in a long queue to receive our food. Only one staff member was present at the restaurant counter, while the others were occupied with cooking, making the restaurant an absolute mess. Rude Staff: The overall attitude of both the front desk staff and restaurant attendants was rude and unprofessional. They were dismissive and uninterested in addressing our concerns. It felt as though the staff were more focused on shifting responsibility between each other, rather than providing service, which created a frustrating and unwelcoming atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable -- right on the beach with stunning ocean views from the balcony of our room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable king-size bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. Housekeeping was attentive and consistent throughout our stay.||The highlight of the hotel is definitely the pool area, which is beautifully maintained and surrounded by plenty of loungers. The poolside bar served great cocktails, and the staff were friendly and quick with service.

The room was spacious, well-equipped with a water boiler and safe, and the color and decor were tastefully done.
