Hotel Mussoorie Heights

This is a hotel with no signage or any hoarding. This hotel cannot be located easily from the main road you have to really find locate and get yourself harassed to locate this hotel. Talking about the staff most rude staff I have ever seen. This place is a organised chaos. As soon as we reached at about 3 o'clock we ask for water to drink we had to wait for at least 15 to 20 minutes to get a glass of water as there was no water in the room. We requested for little cold water the totally refuge by saying that they do not have any cold water. At the dinner time we ask for additional which they have refused very rudely saying that whatever you have served there is nothing extra beyond that you have to adjust in it. Next day we ask for room service to clean the room they kept on saying that they will be sending somebody but nobody turned up all the state for 2 days came to clean the room it was filthy. At the time of check out we ask for the food will which you have consumed the they have not given us any kind of Bill. They collected the money in a white paper. There is no proper parking. We went with the bike so summer we arrange to park our bike nearby area but at the night there was somebody from the vicinity who came and start fighting for this parking. The food which was served in the dinner is pathetic and almost give the essay impression that the cook is just an amateur. As it was slightly late that is 9:30 p.m. we had to satisfy ourselves ourselves food only. Rooms or dirty no and nobody actually bother about it. Appears to me the waiters are always in a hurry except one person he is the only person probably who only person who helped us rest including the manager is a ridiculous person. I really wonder how it is rated in MakeMyTrip food pound it appears this all bogus review.

Good Place to stay. Food is a bit expensive. Other than that, nice staff. Also they provide free pickup and drop service in a 1 km range to mall road and landour clock tower. The views from the hotel room are breath taking.

My recent stay at this hotel was amazing... The hotel is near to mall road and has beautiful view as well. Staff at the hotel are kind and helpful. Room was comfortable, cleaning well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here. Best hotel with great budget.

I love the rooms, facilities and accessibility. The only issue was there was no proper cafe or restaurant nearby. You would've to go to the mall road for it.

Had an pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious. Washroom was neat & clean. Spellbinding views from the room. The hotel location is serene . The only issue, almost 500 meter up hill road is narrow till hotel. But they provide quick pick and drop complementary service to picture hall mall road.

This the best stay I ever had. The rooms was luxurious and very clean. The food was very good and the staff was also very nice and polite specially Surendar singh ji and the chef.

It was a wonderful experience rooms were clean( main thing) staff is little bit rude and food at hotel was not that much better but for room and service and price point in mussoorie i gave 4 star

No Working wifi and no mobile signals, this place is a pure mess, their staff dont even bother to rectify any issue, i will post all issues on youtube soon.
