Hotel Mussoorie Club (By Applewood hotels and resorts)

Very poor hotel. Not even for hour stay... Very bad experience. At night any one can enter in your room. No safety no one here at night listen to you. Don't go with your familys

We had planned for Mussoorie and booked the another Hotel from OYO and paid partial payment in advance from Delhi. After reaching the Mussoorie, we tried to contact over phone to manager of booked Hotel, he has denied to accept our request and communicated to cancel the booking. We surprised since I had heared about OYO Experience but now faced the OYO experience. Since first time I had booked from OYO and I didn't have option then we decided to search another hotel post cancel. One Mussoorie guy suggested during searching hotel about #Mussoorie Club Hotel and I visited hotel. Hotel, Receptionist, Reception Area, Room , bathroom everything was cleaned. I got a news from manager that hotel recently reopened. They have told me the room price. After hearing my story we came from Delhi first time with family and we had to stay for 2 night, they had given me best deal and I was happy. When my children chek in Hotel and room, they were happy to see hotel. Although we had to face water problem initially but it was adjustable since hotel was reopened recently. The best thing for me Food. No more spicey, Food was awesome specially Yellow dal and Kadai paneer. I like it. Services was also awesome. Within 2 days, we forgot about OYO Experience. Awesome experience, memorable.

It was a short one-day stay, but a fantastic one. I found all the staff to be very friendly and warm. Great assistant throughout our stay by the staff . The lush greenery inside the property makes you forget you're in the middle of a city. Best was the food, couldn't fault a single item on the buffet. Rooms were very well maintained, and the balcony was mosquitoes and insects free. Overall one of the best among the nearby properties that we have explored before.

my recent stay at the hotel unfortunately fell short of expectations. The room quality was not up to par, as there were noticeable odors that impacted the overall experience. Staff behavior is very rude and i don't expect this type of behavior from those people.

It was a very worst experience, firstly we booked the hotel in advance when we reach there the rooms which they are providing are not the one which we actually booked. Later we decided to leave the hotel and they are more money minded, rooms are very tidy. Staff is behaving like a frustrated guy. So if anyone is going to such beautiful place in uttarakhand then please book hotels accordingly because it will shape the quality of your journey.

Probably one of the worst experiences i've had after traveling internationally and with India. The staff behaves as if they are unaware of what's going on around them. The so called clean rooms have to cleaned again once you check in. The sheets are in dire condition to be changed because each and every sheet they replaced had some form of stain. No towels, dustbin, or even a basic soap was provided. Without knowing i even rented a scooter from them and without knowing I had to still walk because within mall road rented scooters are not allowed and then i had to use a back road which is extremely steep and dangerous. I personally wouldn't recommend a stay unless there's a dire need.

I was here last week. The hotel is at a very good location, near mall road and bus stand as well. Everything is available nearby. The room was good and service was also nice. The receptionists were really well mannered. It's a nice place and one can look for it. It's at a very peaceful place and parking is also available. Best part is very very close to mall road and bus stand.

I totally love the service. The room was super clean and beautifully organised. For me, a clean washroom is really important and I am really happy the way they kept the washrooms! Recommended to all my friends and family! Best place to stay in Mussoorie and an absolute value for money Thank you for making my stay easy and for all the good service!
