Hotel LA Casa by Aashna Mussoorie

This hotel didn't provide any basic services. it's not easy to reach hotel location. Cleaness of room is not upto the mark. Dinning room is not available well room service is very poor. moreover location is one kilometre away from mall road.,Google pics uploaded by hotel are totally different from original one. Highly recommend to not to stay over here

Not at all recommendable. Pathetic hotel in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance. No hand wash, commode unclean, towels too not that clean do not feel like using it. Toilet door had no lock from outside or auto lock due to which the door remained open and room was stinking. Doors, windows not clean or broken. Food also not that good or eatable due to unhygienic conditions.

Room shown in picture is different with reality. Also no delite room is there. All rooms are same. Now services are poor, stuff is also completely rude. Waiter who deliver food is rude and will not come back if you ask for some another thing. Next even for stupid bonfire they will charge you 500 or 1000 in extreme cold. So do not even think that the lounge is going to be the spot for you. Unhappy with staff and cleaning services. We do not get any cleaning services for our 3 night 4 days stays. Even our driver was irritated with the hotel. Pathetic experience

All are requested to avoid or cancel stay if planned. Staff response if very much lethargical. Mobile no for communication as publicly shared is only for show or display purpose without any fruitful utilization. Person responsible or appointed for dealing with public lacks knowledge. He simply avoids or disconnect calls by saying that he is busy attending others. Expecting a call back is supposed to be a dream come true. No housekeeping guy available at reception during hotel departure. Last but not the least hotel mobile no found switched off at busy hours to avoid public dealing!! Requesting Make My Trip followed by all travel stay related apps to exclude such hotel from their booking lists in order to avoid public dissatisfaction or outrage.

Locations was good !!Mountain View was good!! But property was very pathetic!! Poor!! Sewage line leaked, very despointed experience also bed sheet stained

Please Guys, don't trust on pictures which have been uploaded, it's totally different then the actual one Rooms are too dirty, behaviour of manager and owners both are worst, hotel location had a landfill(garbage stored) back, which can been seen from there window itself and it smells full dirty in hotel and in rooms too, beds are broken, chairs are torn. They are not taking bookings offline and when refund was ask they said we give refunds only at a time of offline bookings and we have a booking for 3 Days from where we are not able to survive even for 10 min at that property and we have left that property and no refund or reimbursement was provided from hotel or Goibibo When we left that property keeping luggage with them to see new property, they provided their personal scooter charging with 300rs for just 150m. Where we have gone to see a new property

I stayed at the hotel during mid October. Rooms are accommodated with geaser, king size double bed, electric kettle, handwash, sofas and tables and a almirah. The rooms are not very clean and does not provide any tea cup or glass initially. Upon request they provide the same and also the same for complimentary water. The lawn view was superb and the restaurant food was also superb.
