Hotel Himalayan Club

Stayed in clubroom..Spacious,neat and clean ..more importantly excellent hill view. Mr.Saurabh is quite good and nice person extended good support for my needs. Food quality in the restaurant is good. Hotel premises maintaining neat and clean. At the end.... I am Happy with Himalayan Cub.

We've stayed at this hotel 4-5 times before, but this time was by far the worst experience ever and sadly, it was on my birthday. We arrived around 12 AM, just hoping to celebrate a quiet and happy night. Instead, it turned into a stressful and disappointing situation. At first, the night staff quoted us a much lower price, and we checked in based on that. But after we had entered the room and settled with our bags, they suddenly told us the rate was 2000-3000 more. This was never mentioned before and felt like a clear case of misleading pricing. At that hour, we had no option but to stay. When we tried to discuss this, they were extremely rude and disrespectful something we never expected as repeat guests. Even the morning staff continued with the same rude behavior. Despite paying so much, they refused to give complimentary breakfast, even though online prices clearly included it. We had to pay extra just for two teas, which was shocking. We had clearly spoken to the night staff about checking out at 11:30 AM, but by 10 AM, they were pressuring us to leave, being loud and unpleasant. When I asked for the owner's number to register a complaint, they gave us an invalid and non-existent contact. What was supposed to be a special night for my birthday was completely ruined. Their behavior, attitude, and dishonesty were appalling. I will be posting this review on my social media so others are aware of the kind of hotel this is. I strongly do not recommend staying here unless the management seriously improves their staff training and guest handling.

Hotel Himalayan Club is literally in the heart of Mussoorie. It boasts a picturesque, quiet location that makes for a beautiful and worthwhile stay for anyone seeking peace and tranquility. The hotel staff are thoroughly professional, the food prices are reasonable, and every penny spent on this property feels well worth it. Definitely recommending Hotel Himalayan Club to friends and family.

Nice ambience! And open Property... It was a very nice stay, summer was rainy here... , I loved the Atmosphere here. Staff is well behaved, and cultured.... Especially ! Mr. Pankaj helped and guided us...

Excellent hospitality, amazing staff... Food is fantastic, always willing to accommodate last minute requests.. the location is perfect, 5 mins walk to the mall road... The hotel has ample personal parking space.. clean rooms and villas.. plenty of open space for children to play.. centrally located to all major tourist spots.. A great find!!

It was a big room with a good size bed. It also had a decently sized bathroom. The view was nice from the window. The complimentry breakfast was hot and delicious. I recommend this hotel if you plan to visit to Mussorrie.

Himalayan Holidays... Well n truly with you making sure your holidays are sweet memories. People are quite courtious, rooms are nice and clean and the food is very delicious. What else one wants to have a great holidays. Thank you team for making our's a memorable one. Definitely recommended!!!

I love this place especially hospitality of owners. Rooms were upgraded free of cost by owner due to some internal glitch. Rooms are best with view and food is their USP. Location of property is also awesome with lots of parking inside premises. Over all experience is above expectations.keep it up. Highly recommended...
