Hotel Crystal Palace Mussoorie

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Palace, Mussoorie. The view from the property is absolutely mesmerizing--truly a treat for the eyes. The food was delicious and added to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

Service 5/5 (Thank you to every member of the staff, they knew what true hospitality is) Rooms 3.5/5 ( TV didn't work due to bad weather and when it got network access only 7 channels were there rest weren't subscribed by the hotel) Location 3/5 (A bit dusty and congested location but their shuttle service and the most professional and polite driver makes the situation easier) Food 3/5 (Could've been 4/5 if they listened my instructions even once. For dinner I asked less spices and they filled my curry with the most amount of spices they could then post dinner I ordered tea and asked for extra ginger due to sore throat and there was absolutely no rates of ginger in the tea, then upon waking up in the morning I ordered bread omelette and some coffee hoping they would follow my simple instruction to make the coffee extra strong as I'm not used to the milk based caffeine beverages and still the coffee turned out to be nothing but some sweet milk drink. I requested them stronger coffee and I was handed over a 1 Nescafe pouch. If you followed my instructions for making the food even once the culinary experience could've been better. Overall a great experience with the best and polite people working at the establishment. There are always some leaks in hospitality and I hope they take this as constructive criticism and improve in further guest service!

I had a wonderful stay at Crystal Palace Hotel in Mussoorie. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff's hospitality truly stood out. Even though we arrived past midnight, they warmly welcomed us and made sure we had a delicious meal. Truly a memorable and comforting experience!

The location of the hotel is very wonderful, food is very delicious , rooms are very clean , staff is cooperative. One can have the beautiful view of the hills from the rooms and balcony . Having the food at the terrace gives the good experiance .

0 rating. They are charging 2500 and rooms are very unhygienic. Hair spread on bed. Unclean bed sheet. It's not affordable at all. And they didn't refund out money also. Choose another.

Great service and hospitality. The staff is attentive and goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Clean rooms with beautiful views and top-notch amenities. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Extremely unhygienic - wash basin was broken, discovered multiple strands of hair on the bed sheet, lipstick marks, and stains of God knows what on the bed and the floor. The worst of all, Bed Bugs - left the hotel in between of the stay. Disastrous stay, nothing was refunded on complaint. This place should be blacklisted in mussouri.
