One of the best stay in mussoorie. We really enjoyed it. We choose this property due to their positive review but honestly me and my wife loved it. We are here just after our marriage we requested cake but team surprised us we beautiful decorated room and cake. Also we choose candle light dinner which was unforgettable. Much more things are there for enjoyed. Special thanks to Nisha and Williams for making stay good.

We had an amazing experience at Fortune resort hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The food was delicious and fresh.||The location was perfect, and the amenities like the spa made our stay even better. What truly stood out was the outstanding service. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time.||We'll definitely be coming back--absolutely five stars!

Fortune Grand Hotel Feedback (12th-14th Apr'25) Overall Experience Our stay at Fortune Grand Hotel was decent, with the property and food being satisfactory. However, our experience with hospitality was mixed. Initial Issue Upon arrival, we faced a significant delay due to traffic and requested to enter through the back gate, citing our 14-month-old baby's need for warmth. Unfortunately, the receptionist denied our request, which added to our frustration. Resolution The hotel manager and staff, particularly Hom Bahadur, Varun and head manager, went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making up for the initial mistake. The staff were also very helpful in accommodating our baby's needs, including providing baby food and sterilizing bottles. Area for Improvement However, on our last day, we faced another issue with a waiter who was unwilling to accommodate our food customization requests. This inconsistency in service highlights a need for better staff training. Conclusion While the hotel has its strengths, the inconsistent service experience suggests that staff training and communication could be improved to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for guests, especially those with infants.

It is a good hotel with a good view because it is very high. It has good rooms, good food and also the service is very good, they care about customers. But if you find that they have put snacks in the room for you, if you eat it, you will pay later when you check out, the snack package is not included in the room price. They also have a good hall for meetings.
