Very good location. Very scenic breath taking view. Good room conditions|Staff was polite and courteous. Food was good and jain food arranged on request.|Good and safe place with parking facility for family visiting with vehicle|Though mall road is near but due to hilly area need vehicle for comfortable movement|I rate Mussoorie as one of the best hill station and must visit place having natural scenic beauty with really good mall road.|Kempty fall and company garden is place to visit and enjoy the trip|Points to think:|TV channels were not available and school was nearby which when working can disturb the guest. This facility needs to be provided when handsome amount is charged for the premium valley view room.|Rooms are so nearby that noise from other room is audible|Provided two half litre bottles between three guests per day. This policy needs to be revisited|Overall satisfactory experience

Beautiful property, excellent food and service. Must visit! I recently had the pleasure of staying at DLS Oak Bush with my family and was thoroughly impressed. I faced some difficulty reaching this hotel due to its location not showing properly on Google map. Walking distance from Clock Tower and Mall Road. Mr. Yogesh (GM) is very professional on his own and takes care of every individual. When we went out early in the morning one day, he ensured to take care of my mother (94 years old) by giving her breakfast himself in the room. We are overwhelmed by their hospitality. Chef Mr. Vippin personally takes care of our food preferences and Mr. Jassi & Ms. Arsha from FnB is very prompt in their services. On my wife's birthday Ms. Pooja and Mr. Yogesh made us feel special. In room services all the staff were good, especially Mr. Sagar. The Mussoorie view from terrece restaurant was very nice. Overall, it was an excellent experience at the hotel.

The hotel is located close to Landour and offers stunning views of the surrounding hills. The location is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One thing to note is that the check-in time is 2 PM, which might be a bit inconvenient for those arriving early. However, the staff is generally helpful and tries to accommodate guests as best as they can. Rooms are neat, tidy, and well-maintained. The service is above average, with staff responding promptly to requests. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay--I would recommend it for anyone visiting Mussoorie or Landour.

Our group of 12 stayed here for a few nights. Overall, the time was satisfactory. The food was good and the staff was welcoming and accomodating. We had an issue with one of the staff members but the manager seemingly dealt with it. The rooms are as presented in the photos, and the bathroom was nice. The sheets/towels could use a refresh, as many were stained.We enjoyed hot water for our showers. Great views from the dining patio!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. The staff was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. A special mention to the lady at the reception, who was extremely helpful and professional, and the one (lady) handling the dining area, who ensured a great experience during meals. The only downside was the price charged for a bottle of water, which was quite high Rs. 60 plus GST. It would be great if this could be reconsidered. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were very neat and clean. The staff are really very friendly. The check in and check out process was very smooth as well. The food is also very homely. Will definitely advise it to someone looking for a good stay near to mall road.
