Country Inn Premier Pacific Resort, Mussoorie

The hotel is really good - the staff is very polite and well-trained. The entire place is well-maintained, and the ambience is impressive. The food service is excellent, with great taste and presentation. The only thing is that the location is a bit inside, but overall, the experience was wonderful.

The most pathetic hotel ever. It isn't worth being called a 2 start hotel even. Way to the hotel : it's a very narrow way and uneven. Our driver was very skilled but otherwise it isn't that safe. Plus if you want to return back from Mall Road a little late it would feel very isolated. Staff : The most disrespectful and disinterested lot ever. I did not plan to stay here after seeing the pathetic condition of rooms but thank god for that because the staff behaviour was even worse. Rooms : Dirty bed sheets. Small in size (photographs on net are highly edited) Property : The property is dirty and not well maintained. When I pointed that out the reception staff said - it's an old property that's why (completely unjustified according to me) All in all, it's a wastage of your money and will make your trip compromised so don't recommend it at all.

Stayed in Hotel for 2 nights. Good view, Delicious food , nice spacious rooms. All staff members highly cooperative. Special Thanks to Mr.Ashutosh and Mr Ravi for providing excellent hospitality. Mr.Ravi Restaurant taken good care of providing hot food|Overall memorable stay at hotel ....Will stay again in future!!!

Hotel is good. Location is very nice .Restaurant is good . Overall hotel view was good, Room's was very clean & best view balcony Room's front office staff miss. Shivani Swati,& Bharti good behavior it's very coprative thank you s much front office team

The rooms are good and clean. The service is fast. The property is located on camel back road and it provides ferry to and from either Ambedkar chowk or Kalsang.the front desk was very helpful specially bharti and her team

My 2 day trip in Country Inn Premier Pacific was great. The staff was prompt to help. They even assisted us in finding places nearby. They also have a cab facility to pick up from the market place. Neat and clean place. Good experience.

We had a great experience at the hotel, worried from some of the reviews we were skeptical but it turned out to be good. It's slightly far off from the mall road but the shuttle service was excellent. Durgesh is a thorough gentleman and he didn't leave space for any complaint. Though the last time of shuttle service, 8 pm, should be increased by atleast 2 hours, if possible. Room service was really great. The restaurant served us well , Bhajan , suraj and others are humble and truly professional. Room no 603, where we stayed has a fantastic view of the hills. The reception staff , swati and others are courteous and do their job well. I recommend the property to all those who like the stillness and lazy feel of the hills..The bakers n chaar dukaans and trekking around landour should be in one's itinerary..

The rooms are neet and clean. Service and food was very good. The staff was very helpful. Location is near to mall road hardly 1km. One can easily walkdown. We had a good stay for 4 days in this hotel with a beautiful mountain view. Special thanks to Housekeeping team wonderful job thanku.
