CEYONE - Classic Fall Resort

From the moment we arrived, the experience was far below expectations -- mainly due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. We were asked to wait an extra hour for check-in without any courtesy, explanation, or apology -- even though we had a confirmed booking. That set the tone for the rest of the stay. There was no proper communication, no sense of responsibility, and zero effort made to resolve issues during our stay. It's genuinely frustrating when you're spending money and expecting a relaxing trip, only to deal with untrained and arrogant staff who act like they're doing you a favor. We've stayed at several resorts -- even simpler ones -- and have never been treated this poorly. The management seriously needs to look into training their team or risk losing more customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here for a night with family. Location is superb and overall this resort is very nice. Staff is helpful & polite. Food was delicious. Rooms need little bit of more attention from maintenance/room service team. Otherwise hotel is very nice offering some nice views of nearby locations. Recommended to stay here while visiting Mussoorie.

Staff was not much cooperative and was not polite also at times was in complaining mode. food was good cooks were awesome.

An amazing place to relax, have good hygienic food and have fun. Not only comfortable and great ambiance but also provide good services. The staff is very professional, caring and helpful, the location was very serene and beautiful, and the hospitality of the hotel is great. Really enjoyed staying there
