Bulaakh Resort

Nice hotel. Well courteous staffs and delicious food. Nice view and can even see sunset from rooms also. If you like serenity and quite place, this is it.

Had an amazing stay at Bulaakh resort! Loved the peaceful vibe, the breathtaking views, and the well-kept lawn. The room was cozy, the food was fantastic, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The location is decently picturesque but far from city centre and no attractions nearby. The room is avg, cleanliness is really bad with dust, bad towels, insects etc. ||Food tastes really bad and old at really high prices. The staff is very avg. Bad place to stay at in short.

Below average don't opt for it. its not a safe place for couple or family. alcohol is consumed in the open lawn. people use offensive language while drinking. and staff serves them with peanuts. ||||not as shown in pictures. construction was going on with heavy noises. ||||in morning also there were alcohol bottles with spilled food.

I strongly advise families and couples to avoid this place, as it is absolutely not safe. The most alarming issue is the environment.....intoxicated individuals were drinking and using foul language openly at night, and the hotel staff did nothing to address it. Even in the morning, the lawn was littered with alcohol bottles, dirty plates, and spilled food from the previous night when we went for a walk between 8:30 AM to 9 AM (since breakfast wasn't ready). Here are a few key issues: The property is under construction, with dirt and loud noises throughout the day. The food is bad and lacks hygiene. The actual view from rooms is nowhere close to what is shown in the pictures. Alcohol is openly served in the lawn, where people use offensive language.....making it impossible to sit outside peacefully. This is the worst hotel I've ever experienced.....an absolute joke in the name of a resort.

The rooms at Bulaakh Resort are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Many feature large windows that let in natural light and provide a scenic view of the surrounding hills. The interiors are cozy, with tasteful decor that complements the resort's rustic vibe. The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring that guests feel at home during their stay. One of the standout features of Bulaakh Resort is its peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle of city life. It's also an excellent base for exploring nearby attractions in Mussoorie, including Bhatta Falls, Gun Hill, and the Camel's Back Road.

Very poor property with pathetic and unpolite staff, no neatness in rooms, even a water bottle they are giving is of 50rs, no room service after 10 pm, extremely spicy food and even after saying to not to add chilli.

Had a great experience. We got to experience the breath taking views from the property. The hotel staff was welcoming with a great smile always ready to assist. Our room was luxurious and cozy, making it a perfect retreat. The food was also great. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a getaway with outstanding hospitality and amazing views.
