Bliss & Co. Manor truly lives up to its name--a blissful haven in the hills of Mussoorie! The property is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and picturesque escape. The staff deserves all the praise for their excellent hospitality.||||A special shoutout to Mr. Sanjay for his warm and polite demeanour, ensuring every guest feels valued. Chef Tyag Raj is a magician in the kitchen--the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying the crispy cutlets with green mint chutney--a must-try for vegetarians. Sachin, too, deserves appreciation for attending to each guest with patience and kindness.||||While my stay was wonderful, I believe a couple of small adjustments could make the experience truly perfect. An earlier check-in option would have been appreciated, though I understand it may not always be possible. Additionally, welcoming guests with a refreshing glass of water or a cup of tea upon arrival would be a thoughtful touch, especially after a long journey.||||Overall, Bliss & Co. Manor is an exceptional retreat with outstanding service, delicious food, and a welcoming ambiance. With a little attention to these small details, it could easily become a 10/10 experience for every guest. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

Perfect !! I stayed there for three days and everything was just perfect. Staff, Location, Ambience EVERYTHING. Each and every individual working there were comforting, helpful, professional, and very sweet. Never felt like a stranger it felt like yo know the staff since long.

This is one of the best properties I've stayed at. The rooms were excellent, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and service made the experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Great stay and wonderful experience. The location is slightly away from Mall Road, but the hotel can arrange the transfer on request. Hotel rooms are huge but slightly dated. Massive outside seating area for the guests where you can bonfire. The greatest plus is it is pet friendly. Staff is really nice and friendly and helpful. And I must complement the food, very tasty and great potion size. No brainer if you have a pet and are looking for outdoor seating with your friends and family.

I recently stayed at Bliss & Co. and had a wonderful experience. The dining experience was a highlight. The hotel restaurant offered a diverse menu. Breakfast was particularly impressive, with a range of options. The hotel's ambiance was both relaxing and elegant.Common areas were well-maintained. The outdoor spaces were equally charming, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, The Serene Retreat exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service, delicious food, and inviting environment. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Good, pet-friendly place and located at decent distance from the Mall Road. Their complimentary breakfast is good; however, the items on their menu and the taste of the same (for meals), leaves a lot to be desired. Service is equally below average (we had to constantly remind them to send our daily complimentary bottles of water every day). Also, the transport charges for local taxis to ferry you to and fro from the hotel to the Picture Palace costs 600/- (which is not the hotel's fault), but is exorbitant nevertheless.

The journey has been really wonderful because of the stay. It added on to the comfort on the trip. The rooms and location of the hotel is really good . Clean and hygienic rooms with great care taken from the staff . Staff is readily available for your service at all times . Food is great with breakfast the most enjoyable meal for us . Property has been taken great care of with good cleanliness . The gardens and the bonfire add on to the beauty of the property where you can enjoy the night time with family .
