Aurum Mussoorie

Best place to stay in Mussoorie. It's exactly 3.5km from mall road. But would surely recommend. Had hired bike so din found it hard to travel. Also 5 starts more to the staff. They are so so helpful. The location and the view and service of hotel is amazing.

Rooms are good, location is average.. We were a group of 11 friends and got a good package but the service was absolutely zero. Staff was non cooperative, don't know why but may be it was a off season for them and they were short of staff.

Perfect location with good vibes... room's r really nice...The staff was very courteous and helpful. They always say yes to any request. Food quality is extremely good . specially The Front office Manager Mr. Money personally attended every one and the feeling was like At Home... Overall value for money resort.. loved our stay....

The property is amazing with all good amenities one would like to enjoy on vacay. The food, the view from rooms, the hygiene and the rooms are very great. Well, it is very approachable location and wonderful to be there and their hospitality was superb. All in the staff were helpful and especially the front disc manager Mani Sharma very well guided and helped us settle down with such pleasant.

This hotel was bad for one night. Food is okay but accommodations are good. When we left the hotel, we asked the hotel staff to take our luggage to our car, but they took almost 20 minutes and we had to carry it ourselves. One of the guys lifted our luggage to make a gratuity while we loaded it into the car. Absurd! NO RESORT! Many resorts have inferior services. It's a hotel, yet it seemed like an ancient house. The hallway is narrow. Despite the balcony view, they didn't have many resort amenities. Decor is lacking. Simple. Now comes the worst. Ghosts abound in Mussorie. this resort victimised us. Even if this is subjective, my family is quite spiritual and Christian, thus we had this experience in their resort. My sister and I were trying to sleep in a room (ROOM 108) about 2-3 a.m. I closed my eyes and noticed three strangers peering at me around our bed. I told my sister. She said she felt the same when she changed in this room earlier. She felt a chill and a woman behind her. I started seeing faces again after ignoring all these signs and trying to sleep. Our mother told us the next day that she had felt the same even while she was in the other room (ROOM 107 which apparently will be 508 when you'll visit in the future), confirming that this was a ghost experience. She informed us she woke up about the same time and witnessed a vision of a white thing prowling above our bed, which scared our mother. As Christians, we began praying. We were able to sleep peacefully after 5 a.m. My sister and I couldn't move since the room felt unpleasant. We kept the room door open and the lights on that one mysterious night. We heard thumping above our room at 3 a.m. Unpleasant resort. Maybe they remodelled an old property. As I said previously, this facility doesn't feel like a resort because we can see construction from the balcony. The dining hall didn't look like a 4-star hotel's. The Buffet offered few breakfast dishes and a basic table and chair. You must park on the roadside, which is dangerous. If someone accidentally presses the accelerator while reversing, the car will fall. Unfenced. Their resort needs prayers or Hawan. Not recommended at all!

One of worst hotel ever!! Don't go to this hotel .. Room service was so poor nobody receive call at reception.police complain needs to be done against this hotel. no manager not available . they told us they will serve non veg food but out of 43 people 15 didn't get chicken and have reason like they have limited stock .. worst management ever .. hotel should get minus star. Extra mattress cost-700 lol They offered us 6 rooms without AC and FAN saying Debashish took booking and he was aware on it still given such rooms to customer .

My stay at hotel Aurum was made very delightful by the cordial staff, peaceful surrounding and breathtaking view from my room's balcony. I would like to specially mention front disc employee Mani Sharma for his friendly behaviour and pleasant smile of treating his guests. This place is highly recommended for a pleasant stay at mussoorie hill station

I'll frequently come to mussoorie and stay so many different places but this resort was amazing because they have enough parking food was excellent and most thing one guy is there money he is single person to answer your solution A to Z awesome big room with nice view from balcony its total familiar hotel I'll Higley recommend to everyone should be try once.
