Hanshdi Resort

Hi everyone, so this is going to be the very detailed review please bear with me as i don't want anyone else to face same which I did: 1. Check-ins: So the day i came in the resort no one was there in the reception than one guy came and said that resort is not functional currently i was really scared because the amount was not refundable and most scarring part was that it was in the middle of no-where and hotel-guy was regularly refusing for the checkin than i called the MakemyTrip Customer care and somehow the customer support after the hustle of an hour helped us to allot a room, Thanks to Makemytrip(you guys earned my trust) 2. Location: The view is pretty and so is the resort so 5 stars to that. 3. Restaurant and Food: Restaurant was not functional for starting 2 days we were so hungry and there were no options of food nearby after a lot query somehow we got a number for a food delivery person which was very far away from the resort. Also the restaurant became functional after 2 days but they had limited food options. We stayed here for 4 days one day we ordered our dinner which was pure veg and they were irresponsible they delivered it to the wrong room where non veg was being served so we had to reject the food and hotel denied any responsibility for this even though we didn't eat it they still charged us for the same. Also the service was so slow like it was taking almost 1.5 hours - 2 hours to deliver even a simple food like tea. 4. Room: Our room was a cottage and it was aesthetically pleasing, but the toilet was kind of clogged. It was taking Like 5 to 6 times to do a single flush. 5. Transportation: there was no transportation at all in this location, and the Hotel completely denied for any help, feeling little embarrassed to say that I stayed here for four days, and I didn't got even a single chance to visit any of the places because I was in the resort all the time as there were no transportation and whenever we tried getting some help from somewhere out, everyone was looting us basically with the overpriced money. 6. On top of all this i kept calling to the hotel before my arrival here just to confirm basic services but they were switched off or not picking the call at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hanshdi Resort in Dhanaulti, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst the serene hills and surrounded by lush greenery, the resort offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Owner Negi ji is the best host. Room: The room I stayed in was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with large windows offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was comfortable, and the decor had a rustic charm that complemented the natural beauty of Dhanaulti. The room was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a heater (essential for the cool weather in the area), a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it was evident that the staff paid attention to every detail. Amenities: Hanshdi Resort offers several amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor seating area was perfect for morning tea while soaking in the fresh mountain air. There's also a well-maintained garden for leisurely walks and a small play area for kids. I especially loved the resort's in-house restaurant, which serves a variety of local and North Indian dishes. The food was fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Service: The staff at Hanshdi Resort were incredibly friendly and attentive. Specially Subhash made our stay comfortable. Thanks to him. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and were always ready with recommendations for nearby attractions, such as the Surkanda Devi Temple and the lush Deodar forests. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the housekeeping team ensured the room was well-maintained at all times. Location: The resort's location is its biggest highlight. Tucked away in the picturesque town of Dhanaulti, it offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to local attractions. Dhanaulti is an ideal base for those looking to explore nearby spots like Mussoorie, Chamba, and Tehri Lake. The resort itself is calm and quiet, making it perfect for nature lovers and anyone seeking peace and tranquility. Overall Experience: My stay at Hanshdi Resort was nothing short of delightful. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, natural beauty, and exceptional service. Whether you're looking to unwind in the mountains or explore the area, this resort offers a great base for your getaway. I left feeling rejuvenated and look forward to visiting again.

Very bad experience there. Rooms were very dirty, no hygeine. No cooking staff there, guests were ordering from near by resturant

Stayed here for 2 days and what a wholesome experience .Best place to visit if you are looking for peaceful and about spending quality time with your family and friends .Rooms are neat and clean ,washroom are also clean and the staff is very polite and professional. Talking about food ,everything is available and taste and quality is too good .Highly recommend place to visit

This property is located on a perfect site for site seeing. The view from the balcony is ultimate.

The view from the balcony is so beautiful . You can see the sunset from the balcony. The whole vibe of the place is so peaceful. The only thing which I don't like about this resort is the food. Food is not up to mark. Otherwise the resort is quite reasonable. If you're a sunset lover, then you should go there.

Our weekend getaway near the resort to watch snow was magical! The nearby spot offered breathtaking views of pristine snow-covered landscapes. It was a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. An unforgettable experience that left us in awe of the beauty of winter.

Room size is very small even for higher category rooms.|You will find broken door locks and bathroom fittings in the room.|Balcony door cannot be locked at all bcoz it's a slider door and don't have lock mechanism. I requested to staff to lock this door but there was no response from their side.|Pine rooms are higher category rooms but has very low light and you cannot see the dirt however it would be there. Room and bed size is also small.|I left the keys for room service but staff said that they forgot about it.|Unhygienic bedsheets and towels which were changed after complaint.|One thing which was good is their food.|Food- 5/5|Room size-2/5|Room service-3/5|Room Cleaniness- 2/5|Room condition and maintenance -2/5|Valley view- 5/5
