SHIVALIK HILLS MUSSOORIE

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Shivalik Hills, Mussoorie and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Mr. Manveer was outstanding, the kind of positive approach he has toward guest. It is beyond expectations. Cheers!! The entire team went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their personalized service truly stood out. Whether it was assistance with local recommendations or ensuring timely service, every request was handled with professionalism and warmth. The food was exceptional, with a variety of options that catered to different palates. The dining experience was enhanced by the courteous and attentive staff. I love to visit once again with my family.

Booked a family suite. No basic amenities were present, room wasn't even clean with toothpicks and food from previous checkin. They don't have a chair in room or balcony. Breakfast was okay, food is average. Bathroom was stingy.

One of the pathetic and dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. Housekeeping was really bad. Front desk employee name Sheetal and management didn't pay any attention for my basic needs such as clean water, hot water for shower. Please avoid this hotel for your stay. Room wasn't clean when we can came back after a long day.

It was overall a great experience to live here, you can watch the whole dehradun from your balcony that is a very beautiful view if you ask me. Rooms were good too but some switches were not operating like the "make my room" which needs to be worked at but overall I will recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to visit Mussoorie

The food of the hotel is not at all hygienic. There is no responsible person to handle the tourists there. The smell of sewage in the hotel room. The employees there are not behaving properly with the tourists. Cockroaches were coming out of my food. First of all, my advice to the tourists coming to the hotel is to ensure food hygiene and cleanliness and go at their own risk so that there is no harm to the health of the family traveling with us. Do not compromise

It was a great experience staying here. The view is so beautiful that you would not want to leave this place. The food was good, especially the breakfast was more tasty. And the most important part was the service they provide here is the best thing. Deepak sir and Narendra bhaiyaand all other staff was so humble to us.

Nice stay Very nice property with clean room with great amenities. 1.Room service is very nice 2.Restaurant service very good as food selection is good in terms of breakfast and dinner. And specifically Narendra and arvind are very nice in terms of quick service. 3.Ample amount parking space. 4.good location in terms of view and peace it is very near to Wynberg Allen School. 5. Mall road is nearly 1 Km from the hotel, if anyone is going then please take right from the point where shiv ji big Murti there, you can find right hand side hotel.
