La Hill Vista

Room was affordable but service was not upto the mark though owner Mr.Shalabh was kind but the staff was not professional resulting imbalance of services they offered. Also, there is clearly mentioned in their restaurant about complimentary food was being offered yet we have been charged. Property needs to be maintain on several intervals since washroom's door was much hard to open or close. Bed was unwashed and smelly. Location is 3.5km away from city centre called Mall Road. And big "NO" to their food, it was totally waste of money. Electricity power issue in rainy time.

It's an awful experience staying in this hotel. At the very inception I would alert all visitors not to get fooled by the pictures available in different portals or sourced by the hotel, bcoz other than the position of the furniture and fixtures you will not be able to get any parity with the pictures in the photographs. The rooms are small , Beddings are extremely dirty and unwashed . Rooms are not at all clean. Door requires hard effort to get opened or closed. Washroom is dirty and not maintained. Although the hotels offers CP package but the complimentary breakfast they offer is absolutely bogus and horrible. The food you opt in lunch or dinner are also below average rather bad and they provide with stale food. I personally will not suggest anybody to stay in this hotel with over priced tariff they charge. It will be total waste of money.

Stayed there in May, 2022. Hotel looks newly opened and they have maintained it well. Rooms are very good with a reasonable price as compared to other hotels in mussorie. You can find yourself in a peaceful place as the nearby location is residential. You can also manage to see view of Hills from balcony. Food was also okay and overall service was good and fast. Thumbs up to the team, please keep up the good work and I really hope that you do not degrade with time as it happens generally with other hotel management

Everything was excellent including services provided by staff really looking forward to visit the place again and getting checked in to the hotel again.

Overall a very good experience. The staff was helpful and good. The rooms and the service were great. However, they need to improve a lot on food they provide, and the heating in the rooms.

Pathetic service ,rooms,location misguiding staff!Its a good way of justifying yourself every guest residing there was complaining about their stay!you think the hotel is good please ask your guest to review it good in this residing in this period of time never discuss about the traffic its your own assumptions! The washroom pots are black taps are broken and in video we were not able to judge the bad smell!instead of giving wrong justification improve your service!your hotel don't even deserve 1 star!!

It was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Rooms were clean and comfy, the staff was polite and cooperative. Overall best experience
