Location is good, but the staf and the service is horrible Charges according to room is very much high.. Lock is not good washroom's toilet seat is broken, flush not working properly..... If u are travelling with family do not book this hotel... Dirty bedsheet,towel Overall faltu stay

they are doing bed behaviour with the customer, they will promise to provide room then when reached at property just said that no room, otherwise asked for more money, becareful while booking.

Best mountain view hotel ... Good service, clean rooms , nice staff , And cute manager (owner) ...

Please don't come here worst experience ever. You better stay in your car then to stay in this worst property.

It's in tie-up with Hotel Pine'Rock, just one of their branches. The difference is it's a small hotel in which the rooms don't have balconies.

The location is very downhill, i talked to staff a day before and the promised room with balcony since i had a pet with me, after reaching there they showed me a room in another hotel adjacent to it, hotel pine rock. And showed us a smelly, badly lit room with no windows or balcony and told me this is how their rooms are. They are fraud and cheat. Horrible experience.

Pros-: budget-friendly room Clean rooms Cons-: The staff was not that cooperative. They were acting like they were doing us a favor by giving us the room. Once you give them money, they start ignoring your request. The wifi that they have doesn't have the internet. They forced to give the money in cash. (Like they will not take all the amount through online they ask to pay some amount in cash.)

Rooms are so so... Bedsheets and towels are really dirty.. Not at all for family...
