Most horrible experience ever in my life. This hotel is one of the worst hotel, meant only for bachelors, parking is for the namesake, everyday staff will keep disturbing you at early mornings to move your car for other vehicles, they will not provide a fixed space to keep your car parked. On top of that the whole hotel remains unsecured no security guard, no emergency staff available. Only 3-4 untrained workers are staying here who are responsible for all daily Chorus. I was staying with my family and my 2 yo kid, our room had electricity problem for which we kept complaining for whole day but everytime staff made some excuses and ignored and at midnight suddenly whole room got blackout and when we complained for resolution available staff asked us to adjust without electricity and there is no emergency electrician available and it cannot be addressed. Never ever think to book this hotel if you are visiting mussoorie with family.

In this hotel, I got the worst services that I have ever seen in my life in any hotel. Even when we ask for anything, they don't provide anything. Once you get room, then you will find no room key and bedsheets and blanket, so dirty.

First of all, the bathroom had a terrible smell, then the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the room was outdated and uncomfortable--definitely not worth the price

Felt refreshed waking up to such a gorgeous valley view. The entire place is so clean and well-maintained

Please this hotel no wifi, no good food, no good sarvice, very dirty room, no lift working, please I don't like this hotel
