Nice view from hotel.. good service and tasty food... Appreciated

We had a very BAD & HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with them. 1. We were a group of 6 ppl(including a kid & senior citizens) and booked 2 triple rooms for two days. -(a) we were 6 ppl and were given only 2 towels, just imagine, we all 6 ppl were supposed to clean ourselves with 2 towels for 2 days. -(b) at gangotri, on 08.05.2018 it was extreme cold and we were provided only kambals(local language) I had to literally beg to them for a quilt as we were accompanying a kid & senior citizens, still they did not give us quilts instead they only offered us 2 kambals, just imagine 6 ppl in extreme cold sleeping without quilts in Gangotri like chilly place. 2. Now comes a shock of a life -(a)On 09.05.2018 morning, when I was about to leave for Gangotri Darshan, Manager(owner) calls me and says you had only booked a room for a night and you need to check-out immediatly. Just imagine a plight - when inquired and told to look at the register, the manager had done over writing instead of two days, he over writed with "ONE DAYS". I just simply replied that there are only two possibilties either you are uneducated wherein you write one day for one days or you have done overwriting which is clearly visible and after that he simply said sorry. -(b) When came back in the evening from Gangotri temple, they(owner) simply asked us to leave their Hotel, just imagine in a chilly temperature, we(with a kid) including 3 senior citizens are told to leave hotel with immediate effect as their hotel staff had done group booking for other guests which shall be arriving soon. We were shocked and at 7 pm in hills and no where to go, packed all our luguage in pathetic condition as all were tired due to long route tiredness and we were shifted in a nearby hotel. I have travelled alot but THIS WAS THE WORST KIND OF THING EVER HAPPENED TO ME BY ANY HOTEL OR GUEST HOUSE accompanying senior citizens and a kid. The hotel staff was unapologetic instead they manipulated and did over writing in the main register of the hotel to protect their own lies. And at last it was all done by the OWNER of the hotel as told by their own staff. Guys Please never visit their so called guest house, they can kick you out any moment like a luguage.
