Dev Bhoomi Homestay, Majkhali

We stayed at Dev Bhoomi Homestay during a family trip with 7 adults and 2 kids, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms and washrooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained. The location is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and conveniently close to the main road and Ranikhet market. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was plenty of open space where the kids had a great time playing. Parking was available right in front of the homestay, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay -- highly recommended for families.

We had an amazing family trip at Dev Bhoomi Homestay. The location and property is peaceful ,scenic and well maintained. The environment felt so fresh and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The meals were absolutely fresh and delicious, just like home-cooked food. Our kids enjoyed every bit of the stay and weren't even ready to check out. The owner is very welcoming and a wonderful host, making sure we felt at home throughout. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Beautiful place, scenic view from the home stay. Devendra bhaiyya, owner of the place is very responsive and helpful. The property is very specious. They had a small function hosted on the property during our stay so even we helped out in the preparation. Not for a second we felt that we are not part of the community

This is not your regular homestay. You wakeup to a snow clad Himalayan range view. As soon as you come out, there is so much fragrance of so many flowers. At night, this fragrance becomes more intense. You can pick walnuts, Maltas, lemons, etc from the trees within the premises only. The variety of Happy plants and trees with blooming flowers and fruits are proof enough that the vibe here is strongly positive. Positioned right in front of the hills having power centers such as Maha Avatar Baba Ji's cave, Donagiri Maha Shakti Peeth, etc, this homestay is an absolute bliss and a wonderland for people who meditate and love the serenity of Pahad. Everyone should experience this homestay at least once in life and spend some time with Dev Ji (the owner). He has so many wonderful things to share. He also took us to places on day trip. And we also got to see leopard. The Internet was pretty fast as well. 2 weeks of workation was smooth enough. No rating or review can justify the love and bliss this place has.

I stayed here with family for 4 days and we all enjoyed lot our stay here. Our stay here was nothing short of magical. Surroundings and mountains view are just magical from this place. The room was neat and clean surrounded by nature with fruit trees and flowers all around. Best part of this property is the owner Mr Dev ji and other staff are so humble, polite, caring and compassionate. The hospitality was heartfelt, we have been treated here as family. Foods which cook Pramod ji served, were delicious. I recommend highly this place and I would like to visit here whenever I get some free time atleast twice a year and hoping a longer stay here. It is convinent in terms of road connectivity too as it is situated on Ranikhet - Almoda main road and property has parking inside property. Thanks!!

We planned this trip of almost two weeks to get away from the pollution of NCR & also for a change. We both are senior citizens. We found Dev Bhoomi the perfect destination. As the location is so nice overlooking the mighty Himalyan range visible from our room. The room was neat & clean surrounded by nature with fruit trees & flowers all around. The market is at walking distance. Best part of this home is the owner Mr Devender. He is so humble , polite courteous, caring, honest, compassionate,......I am falling short of words to describe his personality. Another plus is the food which the cook Pramod served us. DELICIOUS......... I would love to visit Dev Bhoomi at least twice a year. Thanks Devender for the lovely experience.

Our stay at this homestay was nothing short of magical. The mountain view was like a painting, changing colors throughout the day as the sunlight hit the peaks. I'm the onle who loves flowers and the hotel was covered with plants and flowers. The meals served were absolutely delicious--traditional dishes made with organic, locally sourced ingredients. The hospitality was heartfelt; the hosts treated us like family, sharing stories and local tips that made our experience even richer. This is the perfect destination for vacations.
