Hotel Star Woods Lansdowne

Nice hotel. Deeraj jakhmola behaviour is very good, nice food, room clear etc.

Overall it was a good experience, It's a small property but the location is very nice.

Me with my parents and 2 toddler boys spent 3 amazing days here and was impressed with the hospitality of the staff along with ashishji. Amazing food preparation by the cook and the service was too good. The staff was so polite and soft spoken that my boys got very friendly with them. Add to that the beautiful location and scenic beauty around the hotel made my stay worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting landsdowne.

This place is really a gem at that location. I was in doubt before I reached the Hotel but the food was amazing at the lowest price with their polite hotel staff. Rooms are okay but the view is best from the window, balcony and you must visit the rooftop sitting area in the evening for a mesmerizing sunset view. I loved it.

Spent 2 nights here (27 to 29th Sept 2024). The hotel is good and not very pricy. Its 2 Star and is good if you are just looking for a stay that fulfills your basic necessities. I travelled solo, this room was for 2. I'll attach few pictures. Youll find Shailendra(care taker) and Dheeraj(cook) there. Shailendra is a very good person and can be considered like a friend. He left absolutely no points of concerns, truthfully did his task and helped for other things as well that goes outside of his work to help his customers completely. Similarly Mr Dheeraj have been a cook in many 3 star hotels from Mumbai to Goa, eating his food you can tell he does his job seriously. Thanks for having me Uttrakhand and guys, it was Very good .

Location is the only plus point. Other than that, the rooms are not clean at all. When we checked in, the towels and bedsheets were dirty. There was a water shortage, with no water and no power backup. Although they eventually provided a generator after we complained, there was no power backup for a good 2-3 hours. The rooms were not cleaned the next day, and when we asked, the only staff they had did it half-heartedly, and their response was very rude. While the hotel's location gives it great potential, it seems no one is interested in realising it. The food was good, but the staff looked very untidy and unhygienic.

Best place to live near lansdowne staff was very supportive and quick. Good staff all amenities provided . You will feel like home . Staff very supportive specially mention Piyush suyal ji ....very supportive and open hearted man....All pine trees and there cold breeze...will fill you with fresh air and will experience you very close and connected to nature...Awesome pine trees views and fresh air near hotel...Homely place ...will visit soon again......Thanks for feel guest comfortable stay... .Thanks Dheeraj Bhai and Sumit bhai for giving best food and service.
