Palette Bhatta Falls

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at palette bhatta falls. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect close to major attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent place away from the hassle of mall road. Even though it is 7.9km away from mall road but the stay is worth every penny.Room was clean and well maintained. Washroom was clean with a hair dryer as well which I never saw in a budget hotel. Pet friendly and play area for kids. Good breakfast area with amazing sunset view. Staffs are also excellent.

Good rooms and great service. Food was also decent and the hotel staff were also polite and helpful. The location was a little far but it more then made up for the fact due to its excellent view.

I stayed with my family and we had a very pleasant experience there. Service was exceptional as we travelled with the kid so they made all adjustments for us. Also it's near to all attractions. JuHighly recommended.

Nice decor but very poor maintenance of rooms and room cleanliness. Toilets are not very clean. Outside porch open area was littered with wrappers and cigarette butts.

I wanted to share that my experience staying at Palette Hotel was truly wonderful. The hospitality and the ambiance made my stay unforgettable. I will certainly recommend it to my friends and family, and without a doubt, I'll choose to stay there again on my next visit to Mussoorie.

It has been a good stay so far, the place is located at 20 mins away from the city, which makes it ideal for being away from the hustle bustle yet closer to needs that may arise from the stay. The staff have been cordial as well, notably Ashish/Anshul, who has been a huge help.

The room was great, linen was clean and staff was helpful. However hotel charges extra for matress which is not mentioned clea in the oyo app and you need to read hotel policies for that
