THE AKANSHA HOMESTAY

I would suggest booking rooms prior to the visit if going on a small trip with family. It helps, always. Missed this time so stumbled upon this place. People are nice, rooms might be a bit pricey for their service, but not bad. Clean bathroom and toilet, literally walking distance from the temple, I think it's a decent stay. My only complaint would be their noisy doors with non-working bolt latches. The water was clean in the bathroom as well as the floor and bed. It has a nice scenic view from the balcony and the food was also great. Overall a nice 3.5/5 experience. About parking, space is a bit compact but yeah you'll get space hopefully

The so-called homestay is a "hotel" , but a good one. It is near the temporary sheeetala mata and have good nature view infront of it. About food its good I wont say wow but its up to the mark +1

Perfect stay in Kotdwar with walking distance from Sidhbali Mandir. The owners and staff are very cordial, supportive and helpful in every sense. They took care of everything professionally. Spacious, clean rooms with all the basic amenities, the cafe (Full stop cafe) and the food was homely and tasty..... Definitely the goto place to stay in Kotdwar, especially near Sidhbali Mandir. Kudos to all the staff for making our stay smooth.

It's true to have a real Home stay.Saurab Singh Manager is true professional understanding and a good listener to customer. All home like food according to need. Staff is very welcoming Quick in service and very courteous with pleasing personality. Good wishes to Saurab and staff to rise in their carrier services more than 7 star. Budget friendly homestay with excellent service and staff. This property is adjacent to the famous sidhbali temple. The owner/caretaker of this homestay arranged bonfire for us on new year eve and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would rate the food as one of the best in the whole of kotdwar.

Akansha Homestay is a nice and cosy guest house.It is very close to Sidhabali temple and has all the facilities. The rooms and washrooms were well maintained and cleaned. The staff is very Efficient and welcoming, they resolved all our issues quickly throughout our stay.There is a in house cafe in the Akansha Homestay - Full Stop cafe. Food was so tastyyy and the prices are also very reasonable. Will visit again soon!! Highly recommended!

Good place with large rooms. Major positive pint is that it is at a walking distance from Siddhbali Mandir of Kotdwar. Food is good and reasonably priced.
