OYO 38165 Hotel Indralok

It was about a incident that we have lost our room key by mistake and they have charged in multiples of 100 so that's not the way to serve... Owner was like it's not a thing for a key it's a lesson that you have to take care for your belongings... That was ok but I was damm sure key was at the hotel. Which we forgot to collect and then scenario happened... No issue... But still staff is very supportive and services are good unless owners in involved

This Hotel is located on main devi road in Kotdwar (geo tagging is correct on google maps) Though the rooms are good for 1 or 2 nights with family the overall vide of this place seems little dull. (may not be for others) The reception is connected to a restaurant (bargad) the food served there was good and well prepared. (not sure if it's part of their property) Amenities provided: hot water is available b/w 7 to 9 AM (no separate geysers provided), rooms have 1.5 ton split ACs (charges my differ), small cabinet come TV stand and a chair (can ask for more if required), room service not available on 1st floor since reception is very near to rooms 102-104 not sure about 2nd floor. If you're looking for a overnight/ 2 days stay away from the constant road noise this can be your option.

PLEASE READ THIS, MIGHT BE HELPFUL FOR YOU The worst hotel i have ever seen. Worst services. If u ll ask for water, they will expect you to take it by yourself. I asked them to keep a dusbin in the room.they handed me the dustbin and asked to take it by myself. Washrooms are unhygienic. I will suggest you to NOT TO GO HERE EVEN IN THE WORST CONDITIONS.

We got the booking done through Oyo for Rs.680 for 2 persons one night on 24th. The hotel staff didnt had the wifi turned on nor the device had battery on which booking are shown to them. So they told us to take room as walk in for 1200 for one night. We refused and said we have a booking with your hotel through oyo and we showed them the booking details on our phone. After making us wait for around half an hour at around 11:20 am they took out the device and put it on charge and turn it on. Again they refused that there is no booking with them on our name (The wifi wasn't working) So we had to give them our hotspot after which they got the booking on there device. Not only this they offered us a room which was kinda store room with tv in the opposite side of bed and the room had goods kept as if it was a store room and they told us they dont have any other room. After arguing with them for some more time they gave us another room at around 12 midnight. The night staff is really bad..

I had been to Hotel Indralok last weekend and was totally disappointed with my stay. I opted for an A/C room. The bathroom taps were broken and leaking. There was no hot water. The money they charged was more than a regular budget hotel in a small town. Indralok was also understaffed. Service was not prompt. Towel and soap was provided to me only when I insisted for it. The stairs were steep and unsafe without any hand railing. So overall, I was left with a bad experience. Central location was the only plus point which I can recall.

Very bad service.... toilets not clean ....mattress was torn....receptioniest dont know how to talk with customer...ek no. Ka badtameez...Never visit this hotel...

Very bad hotel. We book room through oyo. We pay 500 RS more to night saty. Behaviour of staff is rude. No security facilities available. No car parking available. Running water is very dirty you can not bath in morning. You felt fool after booking the hotel.

Location is at first floor, rooms are ok ok. Not for girls or couple, I suppose. Suited for those who need very budget stay. Very basic services available like hot water
