Spent a couple of days at Hotel Grand Safari and found the stay quite comfortable. The rooms were well-kept and spacious, and the surroundings were quiet and green. The staff was courteous and made sure everything went smoothly. It's a place where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy the calm. Would consider returning for another peaceful break.

One of the standout features of Hotel Grand Safari is the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offered a very good variety of delicious dishes!! The staff was always available to provide recommendations and assist with any requests, making sure every guest feels well taken care of. Overall, my stay at Hotel Grand Safari was nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!!

I had an excellent stay at HOTEL GRAND SAFARI. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, close to key attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. I especially loved the breakfast buffet--it offered a wide variety of delicious options. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel. Grand safari , and it was truly an unforgettable experience! from the moment we arrived , we were welcomed with warm hospitality and outstanding service. The accommodation was luxurious, spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance .

The rooms very way tinier than expected. The ventilation was lacking and not all the rooms had exhaust fans. Room was provided with just one towel and only one dental kit. The only mirror inside the room was inside the washroom. Although the staff was courteous, the service was slow. The location was not that great and there were hardly any restaurants in the vicinity. Also, there was no landline inside the room, which was surprising. But the main issue was actually that the hotel did not have its own restaurant. We had chosen a breakfast-inclusive package and upon checking in I realised they get their food from a restaurant more than 2km away. So the complimentary breakfast was not a buffet, rather an option to choose 2 out of 6 items from their breakfast menu, which they had to fetch from the restaurant. This was really pathetic and made the experience worse. No complaints with the staff behaviour though. But for the price the room quality was extremely poor.

It is best Hotel in kotdwar , Rooms are well cleaned and properly maintained. Staff and the owners are very good Especially I loved there mattress that is soo comfortable . I had a good sleep. I recommend everyone
