The behaviour pf owner is very rude. He is in late 70s maybe but he should speak politely with customers. You are running a business which is entirely dependent on your hospitality.

An average looking restuarant but with excellent food quality & service. Excellent hospitality by owner & staff. AC & clean toilets available.

Overall: A functional and budget-oriented hotel suitable for short stays or those with business in Kichha, but less ideal for tourists seeking proximity to Nainital's main attractions and more comprehensive amenities.

It was a nice experience to stay here. I stayed here for one night. The rooms here are cheap and good to stay for a night. If u are finding for a budget friendly place then its surely a good option.

Please do not come here service facilities is very poor and booking room given to other person after stay .

I purchased goods worth 80 but the owner charged 100.. I asked for price of items he told 40 for two bottles of water and 40 for chips.. but still he took 100 as I have no choice so need to pay.. Dacoit...

I stayed in this hotel while returning from Nainital trip on 15.06.23. This hotel has Very poor service. Toilets were very dirty. Urine stain was present in toilet seat. Flush was not working and water from wash basin was blocked and coming out from bathroom. Food from restaurant was also not good. I have never seen such a ugly hotel in my life till now. Staying there was a nightmare. Please don't believe any good reviews here as they are all paid review. Hope they will improve their service in future. Nobody was present in hotel in morning. There were no towels etc. Pathetic

Not safe. All drunk men are there. The washroom is so dirty. I stopped here for dinner
