1. Hut size is very small & booking amount is very high. 2. Bed in hut is made of iron and wooden ply. ( village type moveable folding bed ) & bed Noise issue. 3. Food taste is good. But service is very poor. You will get your ordered food in next 1-3 hours, after 10-15 times follow-ups. 4. If there is any issue in bathroom, room, hot water etc --- forgot your pain and adjust the thing at your own level. No one will come for issue. Keep followup 10-15 times, then they will listen your issue but no guarantee of resolution. 5. Parking issue. During booking, they do not note the car details. In early morning (5 -6 am ) they will knock every room's door to ask vehicle number which is blocking others way. It means, get ready to wake up early in the morning. 6. Do not book room with food option. Take your car and go outside if you want food timely and quickly. 6.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended We had a fantastic stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect in the cradel of nature n lake! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the service was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Wonderful place Scenic beauty, far from noise and population from nainital The staff is very cooperative U get minimum menu in food, but it's all good and reasonable The only thing is the blankets of the room, which can be better and the swimming pool should have provision for warm water as it is always cold at this place. We have visited this place thrice, and would love to visit it again Overall 5star rating

Food is pathetic , too much of salt and Chinese is simply low quality street style. And in dinner only dal and paneer. I mean we have gone to enjoy and good food is good mood. But they ruined it. Quality of blankets is pathetic . Quality of towels is synthetic. You can't even wipe properly. Washrooms are not maintained. Flush not flushing properly My worst experience was of no water in washroom at morning 6 am with no person to contact to help. Overall with the this price it's THE WORST.

Nice location, beautiful decorative property, bamboo huts, rooms, swimming pool, nice garden with flowers and a very colourful ambience.

Good Location to stay, calm and peaceful. Food is also good. The only thing that lack is its very silent at night. They don't do combined bonfire which they should do, it's chargeable and on individual basis. Rest all good. Nainital is at Half an hour drive(without traffic).

The rooms are worst we stay for 2 nights there are contest noises from roof and the rooms are narrow and beds are like hard iron very bad experience but the location location is amazing the noises from roof is constant and annoying and hard to sleep at night choose wisely

The location is beautiful alongside a small lake in a valley surrounded by mountains. It's a resort-like small property with huts, cottages & deluxe rooms. It has a pool & other small facilities, and beautiful plants. The property is well maintained. Staff is very courteous & polite. Food is fresh & tasty. Service is excellent. We wish the rooms/furniture & toiletries were a little better... but no issue otherwise.
