Dynasty Resort

I was disappointed with the overall quality of the dynasty resort. The rooms were very old fashioned. Not properly maintained.. the room was stinking.. Even though it was kind of a studio apartment room; it was not at all in good condition.. mattress was very uncomfortable, bathroom was too small, food quality was not at all good.. taps in kitchen and bathroom were having leakage problems. Don't go for it..

I recently had the opportunity to visit Nainital with my family for 2 days. However, I regret to share that my experience at your resort significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of the trip in a negative way. While the photos shared a beautiful picture of the property, the reality was unfortunately quite different. From the quality of food to the condition of the room, everything fell far below expectations. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable, and there was a bad smell coming from outside the room at the back view of the hotel. The food was also not up to the mark -- the omelette was like a rubber and hard to eat. The property is old and in need of renovation. The main concern was the electricity, which kept going on and off throughout the stay. To be honest, I believe even staying in a remote location with minimal facilities would have been a better experience than what I encountered at your resort. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the services you offer, so that future guests do not face the same issues.

Hotel is good. A bit of servicing is needed as the furnitures looked a bit dated. Staff is polite and courteous. Its is located 10km from nainital sightseeings but is good if you want a quik exit from city. Food is good.

This place must have had the glorious past but now it doesn't have that charisma. The poor maintenance and aloofness of the staff is killing the place, may be because of, not so popular (offbeat) destination is the reason. Groups do come here to stay but not suitable for couples or solo, backpackers. Whenever there is a rush towards Nainital and the scarcity of staying options at those times (or package tourists) some tourists stay here and visit popular destinations nearby as this place is just 12 kms away from Nainital. I have visited this place twice and once stayed in Dynasty Resort. Though I must admit they have a simple and sweet dining area.

Trust me when I say that the location is the best. You won't find any better place than this to relax when you're coming to explore Nainital. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. We were very satisfied with our rooms. At the end talking about service, it's not the best part of the hotel, but atleast it's on point. From housekeeping to room service, everyone does a great job.

Resort is located at a good location outside the Nainital. Hotel rooms are ok and needs maintenance. Service at this resort is worst. Attitude of hotel staffs are not good. Food is not good here. They don't bother to maintain hygiene of food and cutlery. Think twice before booking your stay here.

I have gone to many hill stations, Nainital was also a great trip but this resort/hotel spoiled all my mood.On google photos of the hotel were beautiful but the reality was just opposite. From food to room everything was worst. Even the service was disguising.At last you I can suggest this that you can even survive in the remotest place but not here

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The quality of service needs significant improvement. Initial issues with non-functional phones, subpar cleanliness, and outdated property were major letdowns. Although the food was average, the overall experience was marred by the presence of bugs in the room. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property and do not plan to return.
