My only fault is to book this hotel online at cheaper price . Here is the experience:- Firstly I visited this hotel personally for book one room for my guest. The person who was at reception said Rs 3500 for one night. And told me to call at 18:00 hrs for confirmation. Then I checked this hotel on MMT and I was shocked to see same room price. It was 1700/- per night. I booked it online from MMT for 2 days . At 22:00 hrs we checked in and the staff at reception identified me. He allotted us a room with dirty bathroom. I complained it and he changed our room. Now the real problems starts:- 1.AC not working 2. Can you believe they put a Brick (iiNtt) on bed side table besides bed for keep pressing the AC switch. 3. Finally AC started but now remote is not working. He borrowed remote from a near by guest room and set AC temperature on 16 and said keep it on. We said give us other remote for control temperature according to us he rudely said we can't do anything. You have to adjust. 4. He said you have to book room from us Not from MMT. 5. Lift not working. 6. You don't have tea/ coffee facilities 7. They give you water in used mineral water bottles otherwise you have to purchase sealed bottles. 8. Reception Staff is highly unprofessional chapri boys type roaming around in bathroom chappals with attitude.

Absurd hotel with disgusting services. Filthy rooms with filthy washroom. One should never visit this hotel or any oyo hotel in haldwani. Even lodges r better than this property. Staff is highly unprofessional. No lift working. No intercom working. MF BKL services.

You are cordially Unwelcome by the staff but COCKROACHES will enjoy your stay. You can receive immense pleasure on DIRTY and STINKY bedsheets . Hotel do take care of your health and fitness so lift doesn't work. Hotel staff don't want to disturb your privacy hence landline and TV are on permanent silent mode. This hotel is best suited for those who enjoy their stay on footpaths. Best of luck

The staff service was not at all good and they misbehaved. Before booking, they acted quite nicely, after booking they started asking extra charges for parking, room service, water bottles, towels, toiletries etc. The room was not clean and the toiletries were not provided, only one towel was provided for 5 people and it was untidy. No attender was there to help taking the bags to the room or showing us the room. There were cockroaches, insects and spider webs in the rooms, and the cupboards and drawers were broken. The bedsheets were not clean, fan was too noisy and the bed was cranking. The room was smelling with foul odour. While checking out, they took extra money and when we complaint regarding poor service, the receptionist told that it was so because we booked through Oyo, we should have booked the hotel directly and stated that Oyo team doesn't pay to the hotels on time. It was the worst experience ever.

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome hotel within affordable prices. The staff are nice and professional. Overall one can enjoy stay here..

Worst hotel! . Don't come to this hotel they charge money for everything. They gave us dirty drinking water and no locks to lock the door it's broken. No water service in bathroom. Don't go to this hotel .zero for hospitality and zero for customer service. Hotel management has zero experience in this . And for breakfast we paid 1950rs they provided tea and bread nothing more.

Room are very good and amazing and there food is very testy,healthy and delicious every thing is available there are mauntain around it
