The Heritage Resort

The location is awesome with the mesmerizing view of the Himalayan Range from Balcony which can visualise snow-laden mountains like Nanda Devi ,Trishul ,Nanda Kut,etc. Sighting Mountain Range depends on weather conditions as clear sky can only let us see Himalayan Range but I got to witness it around 6 am in the morning with clear sky. The garden has lots of beautiful Rose plantations. Staff is courteous and friendly with good facilities for Kids -Play zone and BonFire with chilling winds. We enjoyed Uttarakhandi Dance by Artist for one day in the evening arranged by the Resort. The food is awesome, especially I will suggest eating Maduwa Roti ( Basically Ragi Roti type ) and Aloo Gutka (Dry Aloo Baji made in Uttarakhandi Style - Kumaon Cuisine. Baijnath Temple is 12 km from the Resort which is almost 1200 years old Temple. Local Sightseeing - Anashakti Ashram,Kausani Shawl Factory and Tea Garden. Star Observatory is the added advantage of those who have interest in space technology. Will definitely love to visit Heritage Resort ,Kausani once again for Relaxation holidays with Family.

Our visit to Heritage in Kausani was a truly memorable experience. The property is nestled in a peaceful and serene location, offering breathtaking views and a sense of calm that's perfect for relaxation. The hospitality was excellent -- the staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The manager was especially proactive in ensuring all guests were comfortable and well taken care of. The evening Garhwali folk dance and song performances added a lovely cultural touch to the stay, giving us a glimpse into the local traditions. The restaurant also deserves a special mention -- the chef prepared delicious meals that were a highlight of our visit.Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, keeping everything neat and clean. It's clear that not only do they take great care of their guests, but they also treat their staff with respect and dignity, which reflects in the overall warmth and atmosphere of the place. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature with great service in Kausani

It's a great hotel with an amazing location. Food is really a plus point. It's finger licking. Staff is very very helpful. In my 2 days of stay I was very much familiar with them and they treat guests as a family. Views are great from hotel. Also the rooms are nice. They have bonfire in nights which create a cozy environment and you can interact with other guests. I recommend staying here when in kausani.

Room was very good. Service top notch. there was paid affordable meal system for drivers. These property is very beautifully decorated. Stuffs are very polite in behavior and also very helpful.

Good property with stunning Himalayan view. Staff is humble and helpful. Food is served fresh with good in taste. It's situated near to Tea garden and Shawl factory. I love to mention the staff member Mr Shiv, who was quite helpful and polite. Since i was on a solo trip, he loved to become my professional photographer, whenever I have requested. I am planning to visit and stay again here in December 24, during snowfall.

I stayed at Suman Royal Resort which is a very good resort for stay in Kausani. |It offers stunning view of Himalayan peaks from balcony of your room. Must view sunset and sunrise from the hotel balcony. |The hotel has nice garden area, well appointed rooms with heater, silent and absolutely peaceful to stay. |Food was good, served a-la carte for both breakfast and sinner, as when I visited there were very few guests. I had food prepared more or less to my choice / taste and as per my request. Food quality was excellent and tasted like home cooked. The restaurant staff was very good. |Service is very good and ALL the staff management are very respectful, helpful and courteous. |Power cuts are common in hills but resort provides DG supply. |Will definitely stay here again and also is the recommended place to stay in Kausani.

I had the most incredible stay at this heritage hotel! From the warm hospitality of the manager and owner to the courteous and attentive staff, everything was perfect. The food was a delightful blend of authentic flavors, and the breathtaking views added to the charm. This place truly offers a 5-star experience in every way. Highly recommended!
