Blossom Hideaway Kausani

The same excellent management that made our stay at Pratiksha Himalayan Retreat Kausani so enjoyable ensured a wonderful experience at Blossom Hideaway Kausani on our return journey. Although Pratiksha was fully booked, the manager's solution of offering Blossom Hideaway and arranging for the Pratiksha chef to cook for us was brilliant. Once again the meal upon our late arrival was of exceptional standard and all staff were on hand to meet our every request in a timely manner and with a smile. The property has a lovely dining hall, and the views of the Himalayas from the terrace are truly impressive.

We visited the Hotel just a month back. Still we have hangover for the place. If you want peace and tranquility of mind you must visit the Hotel. Watch the floating clouds in the lap of the Snow caped Mountains of Himalaya and green environment from balcony. Foods are average . Staffs are very cooperatives.

I stayed here for one night but the experience made me wish I had more time to stay here. The hotel is perched on a hill, it overlooks a valley and gives a majestic view of the Himalayan mountain ranges. The rooms are really good and well maintained. The staff is courteous. The restaurant is located on the top floor. We had an experience of life time witnessing Sunrise from here. The breakfast tasted good, with a wonderful spread. Preparation of something as simple as Poha was so good that I can vouch for the fact that it one of the best pohas I have had in a restaurant in a Very long time. And I am a Marathi, so you can take my word for it. All in all an amazing experience.

Hotel location is little odd and individual driver may find it difficut to reach the hotel parking. Staff is cooperative. Rooms are very avergae and overpriced. Cottage rooms are very basic without any luxury. Food quality is okaish. You may find same facility and view at a very lower price. Overall 6/10 ratings. Do not fall for internet photos.
