Hotel the Haven

Worst Nightmare. Over priced for nothing. Much better hotels are available around with the same price and better facility.This Hotel is in Pathetic condition. Staff is Clueless about their own place as they know there is nothing in the hotel to feel good about.

"Disappointing Experience" I had high expectations based on the photos and description, but unfortunately, my stay was very horable. The staff was unresponsive and seemed indifferent to guest complaints. Breakfast was subpar, and poor quality food. To make matters worse, Overall, this stay did not meet any expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is very bad service all staff with owner has very bad behaviour. I was stayed this hotel 2 days but it was very bad experience. Specially staff male & female behaviour is very bad. I am fully disappointed. Please don't try to stay at this hotel. Also, it's big safety issue.

Hotel staff needs training. These people are very rude if you ask for help in your room. They have a central gyser which takes 5-10 mins to reach hot water into your tap. They should write this in bathroom if this is the case. We can start tap and wait outside instead of standing in bathroom and waiting for hot water It's irritating. Anyway they need to work on their attitude if they are in hospitality business.

The hotel is not good and the room service is very bad, the TV is not recharged and there is no hot water and the food is good but the mess staff talks rudely

Rooms & Ambiance is remarkable. Service staff not trained to the level required. AC remote for entire rooms only 1 remote ...if you want to change the temperature...you need to call the boy / reception...and keep waiting till you call him several times. The intercom does not work properly Mosquitos , we found to be disturbing Before checking into the hotel..kindly ensure with the reception the above ponts...hope to upgrade the services

We were stuck with no Hotels available in RamNagar and got to know about Hotels in Kashipur.||||We found 'The Haven' the property looked nice from outside and after we stepped in we found it to be well and nicely maintained. The Hotel offered us great discount we booked for 1 night but continued to another.||||We have had no issues the staff is very kind, quick & friendly. The services are very fast. We had an infant with us & they ensured we get milk for him timely with no delay.||||Excellent services and the most important thing. ||||The food was yummy we had Indian, Chineese, Mughalai and every item was so tasty that we ate more than our appetite. You dont get to get such tasty food easily.||||Overall it was an amazing experience. Thank you 'The Haven' you deserve it.||||Regards||Nishant
