Total fraud with customers. I stayed in this hotel on 14 may 2025, no water, no service worst hotel in whole India for marketing people, Managing staff is very rude. I have booked my room with breakfast & give all the amount at the time of checking but in next morning he is not provided breakfast & behaving very rudely with us. I asked the hotel receptionist to talk to the owner. But he did not listen to me and started behaving rudely with me.

I had booked the Hotel online, It was very worst kind of Experience in the Hotel. Renovation work was going on, They provided room Which was not properly cleared, Furniture condition was so pathetic. In morning when I move to take bath there was no Hot Water. After many reminders they provided half of bucket hot water after 2 hours. Which cases delay. At last when I request to checkout the room at 12:00 Hrs rather than 11:00 Hrs, The Hotel manager behaved so rudely and asked to pay next full day charges. They also mention to provide Car parking but their Car parking is approx 800 meters away from the Hotel and It has very narrow access. If I need any item from Car I had to request first to Hotel Staff they unlocks the parking after multiple followups then I had to to move onfoot to my car. It was so pathetic experience in the Hotel. Toatal fraud with customer and one day more, no water, no service worst hotel in whole India for marketing people, Check in time - 9:15 am 23 april Check out time - 7: 30 pm 24 april Hotel charge three night forcefully avoid this hotel for booking.

The hospitality is awesome. Food is awesome. Rooms are good. The reception is amazing guy greets every client and customer coming in, ensure you are very comfortable.

The parking facility is worst. Food is good. The hotel is opposite Kashipur railway station.

A decent budget hotel to stay in Kashipur main city just opposite the railway station. Rooms are large and spacious and are maintained hygienically. The in-house restaurant is also there. The WIFI facility is not provided by the hotel.

Overpriced.... They don't provide basic amenities.. staff behaviour is rude.. don't go there..

Very dirty room , service is also not good , blanket is very dirty, even if we are talking to reception about blanket, they are saying that it can't be replaced. Service is worst.
