Fake advertising - no parking, washrooms have no windows or exhaust, they try to cover stench with room freshners but it does not work - too small a place

Ganga Guest House is a wonderful guest house to stay in the Almora area. It is a perfect location just footsteps from Kasar Devi temple, many restaurants and with easy access to transportation and treks into the beautiful mountain and forest scenery. The rooms ae all very large, clean and comfortable with lovely views, hot water and excellent wifi reception. Kundan is a charming host who will be able to handle all your needs and along with his family will make you feel very much at home. There is a shared kitchen as well as Kundan brewing you a cup of coffee or chai to drink as your enjoy the breathtaking scenery all around you. We highly recommend your staying here as well.

Ganga homestay is very near to Kasar Devi temple and at a quite place. Best part it's on the outer skirts of Almora city. Dolma restaurant is just infront. The owner of Ganga homestay is very helpful and cheerful person. Liked the stay

I spent almost 2 months at Ganga Homestay and had a fabulous time! The host Kundan bhaiya is extremely helpful and kind. Being a solo female traveler, I felt absolutely safe and became an extended member of the family. The location couldn't have been better as it's only a 10-15 mins walk from the Kasar Devi temple and there are many cafes and eateries around. The wi-fi was great and I did not face any trouble while working. The food is completely homemade and freshly made. I'd highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back!

One of the best accommodation near Almora. It's just opposite of Kasar Devi. If you really want to spend some peaceful time with your family or friends in the lap of nature then go for it. That little boy who takes care of the guest is another charm of the place. He is extremely polite with excellent hospitality. Moreover I have seen the best sunrise in the hill from this place. Thanks for providing such an awesome place to spend my vacation.
