Samsara The Resort & Club, Corbett

I am a student. I went there for school trip. In short I will be giving you a true review of the resort. The outside view of the resort was very good. The rooms were also good but quality of there blankets was the worst they were so dirty. As well the quality of the food was good but the crockery was not that clean as expected and washrooms were good and clean but after usage they were no equipment to clean the washroom and no one also came for the service. The staff was also not as it should have been. Overall the resort was good but they should work on the things which I mentioned.

I am a student, went to this resort on a school trip and genuinely it was my worst experience visiting this resort.... toilets were not clean, tap water in bisleri bottle was provided to us , staff was very rude and even hopping in our kids room at night secretly as our room was open ... overall the resort in morning was still OK but in night it really gave me very negative vibes...

We are a group of 30 people and we stayed in the resort. Overall my experience is very bad. Staff is very rude and service is worst. No power backup in the night if power cut. We book the buffet service so the quantity is very less of food and quality of food is very worst. And also resort is overrated. They charged us 2500 rs per head including triple sharing in a room. Overall experience is very bad. Rooms smells very bad and and no hot water in the room. They provide bister bottle water with his own filled water.

We had about 85 college students on a study tour. The staff was very courteous, prompt and helpful. The rooms were clean. The food and service was very good. Would suggest the mgt to provide heaters in the room and check the water heaters. Other than that will definitely recommend this hotel.

It was very hard to find the resort at night even with Google maps given the main entrance that has the resort name is not well lit and hidden behind trees. The reception area was spooky with a dim flickering red light and no one behind the desk. We came to know the resort was closed for a while and was reopened just for the wedding with contract workers. The rooms were spacious but not well maintained - the refrigerator did not work, the window glasses in the bathroom were broken that allowed for lizards to enter the room. Rooms had good balconies but had not been cleaned for a while. The resort had a kitchen but it wasn't operational. They were giving single use plastic water bottles refilled with tap water.

Went there 2 weeks ago with family trip . Taken Family room ,Rooms r not well maintened Washroom smell badlly whole night and day. Only good thing is big lawn and swimming pool Food is ok not wow. Very bad maintian gaming room / Gym (Zero Rank for This) There was 1 quiet cat who come around u for food and walk with u here and there .very lovely.

over pricey, no maintenance, guest not allowed, and they don't allow you if your friends or family stay here and you want to spend time with them they treat you like! non invited guest in an Indian wedding. now you can feel the pain. First Impression is not last Impression. This was my second time and last time. because i can have a lot better than this property and hospitality in this range in this area.

Not recommend to anyone, no one there to hear your problem, very pathetic. I ll give - 10 (Minus 10 rating). Receptionist not receiving your call if you want anything. Totally waste of your time & money. No one there to take your luggage & put it in your room. Hotelier put normal water in room & they said that it is Mineral packed water. No towel, no toiletries in your bathroom. You have to go to reception for that because they don't receive call on intercom. COCKROACH, LIZARDS & SPIDERS in rooms. In restaurant, no one was there to refill vessels, if it's get empty. Not even sufficient quantity to serve your group. Half person having different dish & another half person having different dish. Totally third class Resort. They should have shame on themselves. Zero service, food quality was not good. Even after complaining to GM, he was not bothered about these all problems & complaints. Being in hospitality field, they don't know how to treat guests. Friends don't come to this place even if they offer you free stay.
