Hotel Landmark

Good hotel. Easily located. Affordable. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are good but there could be more cleanliness as the bedsheet and the blanket was not so clean and had stains on them and there were cockroaches in the room. Food is not good. Better eat outside.

The bed was too small, the night staff had no manners, he knocked on my door and started entering the room without permission. There was child lock on the ac and wouldn't go lower than 25deg, i had to figure how to remove it, the bathroom was fine, The food was too expensive and wasn't even tasty. Only a single staff was nice there. The only pro is elevator.

Fraudulent restaurant serve different items than what is listed on their menus.

Spice n nice resturant has good taste

We traveled with family and kids to Haridwar from 30/9/2017 till 3/10/2017. Stayed there for 3 nights. had to choose this for lack of better option as it was a last minute travel and other hotels were occupied. the rooms were relatively smaller but bathroom was decent. Bedsheets were not clean so had to get them replaced. Phone was not working so had to get them replaced too...Liked the food. Lots of variety. But strictly veg (had to be..its a spiritual city). Service was not that great though. But location was apt for us. Overall an OK stay.

The hotel is well located within the city centre and has good connectivity to uphill and downhill. Market is nearby with lots of shops, ATMs, eateries, taxi stands and bus stand. It's a nice quiet and cool place, with prompt service. The rooms were nicely lit, had all amenities like hot water, flat screen television, cosy bed, air-conditioner, cupboards, etc. Nice place to stay and would recommend it to others as well. It is a value for money with add-ons

The restaurant combined, "spice and nice" was an amazing oppertunity altogether. The hotel was clean, had a lift and all the basic amenities. The best part was that it was placed between the market and that provided a great opportunity to explore the city, transport was easy to find and a lot of branded factory outlets just around the corner made shopping fun and convinient
