Cygnett Resort Mountain Breeze - Nainital

The best part of our stay was the food and the view. Rooms were clean and cozy. The views are breathtaking. Their deck creates a warm, ambient atmosphere. Overall enjoyed everything in the resort. I got the recommendation from my family members and will surely recommend this resort to others

We had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are spacious & clean. They upgraded our rooms to suit rooms. The staffs are courteous & the service is prompt. The hotel has great view. Buffet spreads for breakfast & dinner are pretty good. Food taste can be improved a bit rest everything was excellent.

We had amazing experience with Cygnett resort. All services were good but in the balcony no chairs were there. Though they did get us simple chairs at request but they miss the opportunity to put in relaxing chairs in balcony from the off. But the view from the balcony was amazing and the same could ne enjoyed right from the bed. The staff was nice, polite and available at all time. Absolutely recommend it.

Overall a good stay. Room amenities needs to be improved. Hair dryer hona chahiye. Mini bar me ice to complementary hona chahiye. Uske lie alag se charges is out of league he. Dinning experience mast he. High tea nahi he yha, it should be there in such type of resort. Staff is very cooperative and responsive.

The property is a beautiful property with a panoramic view. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The management can improve on the taste of the breakfast and as well as improve the service of the waiters in the restaurant. Apart from that the room service is brilliant and also very responsive and respectful. It's a good experience the views from the property are worth it.

The location is a bit secluded, with several sharp turns along the way, but it offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The rooms are spacious, and the service is fairly decent, making for a mostly pleasant stay overall. However, the food was a major issue. My family and I dined at their restaurant for three days, and from the very first meal, we all suffered from severe food poisoning. I strongly suspect the non-vegetarian dishes, as they often tasted off and were placed in an isolated corner of the buffet. The food selection could use some improvement, but more importantly, hygiene and food safety should be their top priority. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay--just make sure to avoid the food entirely.
