This hotel is mean to loot people by updating a wrong location on travels app with condition of no refund. At time of booking the distance will show 3 min walking distance from Nanital lake, once you booked and received the location it will be more than 30Km from lake, so be cautious. They never pick the phone to guide or assist you.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Karthik Resort, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The resort itself is breathtaking, with stunning views and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The food at the onsite restaurants was exceptional, offering a diverse range of delicious options to suit every palate. What truly impressed me, however, was the exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, we accidentally left some belongings behind when we checked out. However, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our items were safely returned to us via courier. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. I cannot recommend Karthik Resort highly enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventurous escape, this resort has it all. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

Place is good but the care taker will wake you up at 8am in the morning with the noise of construction ,waste of money will not recommend

Excellent BnB in nature's lap. Stunning views and clean, comfortable, simple rooms with great service and and a well-priced menu. Perfect if you're on a budget and planning a trip to Nainital. Highly recommend.

The location is perfect, a little off from the main city, but it's worth it. Nice home-cooked food, and the staff was very polite and respectful. Best for those who are looking for peace during their stay.

Truly in nature lap ! An amazing location! Amazing food ! Very polite staff! It was a very calming place . The rooms were big and spacious, well maintained.. though washroom could have a redo . Apart from it service was quick. The food was upto the quality!! There is a very very big garden where u can play plenty of games! The place is surrounded by many plants which u can look while havinga look! You cannot get enough of this place... Loved this place . Stayed there for 2 days and it felt like home . Will surely recommend everyone to visit here.

Myself with family members stayed for 4 days last week from 20-24 December. Rooms are spacious and nice. Location is very nice and greenery all around. Mr Dinesh Tiwari, his wife, son Rudrash and one more staff member's behaviour is very nice, courteous and we have enjoyed a lot during our stay. Food is delicious and there service is very prompt. However, washrooms needs more space.

You will be deceived with the word RESORT. A resort has many more amenities that are not provided here. So, please consider this as a homestay 20 km away from the city. Also, the building needs renovation. I saw white mould at several places. All doors make creaking sound. Exhaust fan gives a factory experience. TT table doesn't have sufficient space around. Blankets were smelling & need to be sundried properly. If your intention is peace of mind, it is a calm & serene stay. If you want a daily visit to Nainital, then you will start regreting the additional amount to be spent on transport. The rooms had A/C, heater on demand, additional bed at no extra cost. Take room # 104. It has a good view. We were misled with top floor 106 and then changed to this one. However, it has a tin roof with insulation. Staff (Dinesh & Golu) is very polite and prompt in their service. For 2 days, I didn't know we can order food. The expectation set earlier was it will be delivered from elsewhere. Third day I came to know it is in-house & ordered parathas. It was fantastic. This homestay is located between Kathgodam & Nainital almost mid-way 20 KM each. If you have plans to travel from Pantnagar airport it is going to add 20 KMs beyond Nainital.
