Hotel Sun Stars Inn , Nainital

Don't know about the stay , but they need to hire someone not rude food service.

We have come here after a long period of time and visited to many places we were even planning to go to main Nainital hotels but thought to stay on offskirts area at 01/10/24 at evening time as we reached the location it was a bit good but as soon as we entered the rooms it was such pathetic and messed up smelly bathrooms dirty linens and bed was too damn dirty even there was no higency in the hotel area i suggest people to not waste their precious time on such a bad property

Best room and balcony mountain views

The management is new and well kept property. Rooms are bit small but sufficient for two people. Bed is comfortable. Overall management and staff are very cooperative. They have amazing veg food in their restaurant.

clean rooms, nice view, lovely place with hills view , testy food, very supportive staff. Room service good. Hotel staff are very nice Thank you guys for making my Nainital trip more comfortable.

Service is very bad, restaurant manager is very rude, washroom is dirtiest, smells very bad, they don't clean, kitchen was also dirty. No one should even think about going here. here is the lady waiter. No one take care of washrrom & kitchen both. Don't go there

We stopped to this palce for tea break. So I will share my 20 minutes experience of this place . They have really great view from the hotel. We enjoyed our tea with amazing view. Chai was good , Service was good. So overall our experience with hotel sun star was good.

We planed a small trip for nanital. And we had a reservation at Hotel Stars Inn really beautiful property with neat and clean rooms. Food had a great taste and service was excellent. Special thanks to Mr Govind Jaiswal for his warm service and smiley face. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely we will back asap. Keep it up
