"I recently stayed at this resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming, the amenities were great, and the environment was serene and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. However, there was one drawback--the washroom could not have water for toilet , as it was not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. Aside from this issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would consider returning. With a bit of attention to the washroom facilities, this resort could be perfect!"

Pathetic experience. Had booked a luxury stay here for 2 nights, had horrible experience. The rooms smell disgustingly it has seepage on all the walls. They charge 3X on weekends and allot horrific rooms to families to ruin there stay & experience. They stated it's a pet friendly property, they only allow pets. Not recommended at all. Not at all worth the money, neither well maintained property. The water supply was cut for whole night.

Disappointing Experience - Looks Good Outside, But Rooms Are a Letdown Booked this property via ixigo for around 7,000 per night for a family stay. Since family room options were limited, we chose this property based on the listing images. However, a major red flag--their listing only includes exterior images and no photos of the rooms. Now we understand why. Cons: * No Curtains on Top Floor Windows: Be ready to wake up with the sun whether you want to or not. Not ideal for a relaxing vacation. * No Geyser in One Bathroom: The top-floor bathroom doesn't have a geyser, so you'll have to use the other bathroom for hot water. * Poor Bathroom Design: Water from the shower area flows into the toilet and washbasin section, making it impossible to step out without walking through dirty water. * Damaged Interiors: The walls are chipping off in multiple places, making the room look neglected. * Extremely Dirty Floors: Our feet turned black after walking barefoot inside. We had to wear slippers the entire time. The property looks beautiful from the outside, but the rooms are in terrible condition. The lack of room photos in their listing feels misleading, and after staying here, it makes sense why they aren't shown. Definitely not worth the price.

Horrible experience. The prices are extremely high & the experience is worst. You will generally have to pay 12-15k for 2 night stay and in exchange you will get non-maintained rooms & bathroom. Service is poor. The property is said to be pet friendly but it only allows pets also they might charge extra for them. It's opposite of what they show in pictures and in reality. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone, waste of money it is. The room had broken mirror, water supply was cut for whole night and many other consequences

The property looks good from the outside and in photographs, but the reality of the rooms is disappointing. The walls were damp, the exhaust fan was not working, and the rooms had an unpleasant smell. Additionally, the doorknob in the washroom was missing. There's also a parking issue; it can only accommodate 5 to 6 cars properly, which can be problematic if there are more visitors.

I had a terrible experience at The White Oak Corbett Resort and would not recommend it to anyone. I booked a higher category room through Booking.com, but when I arrived, they showed me a low category room that was not even worth a single penny. The walls were broken, and the paint was peeling off. It was nothing like the room I had booked. When I pointed out that I had reserved a higher category room, the staff flat-out refused to give it to me at the same price. They were extremely fraudulent and kept insisting I had booked the lower category room, even though I had proof of my booking. When I asked to book the higher category room directly, they inflated the price right in front of me! They deliberately list lower prices on Booking.com to lure guests in, only for you to be extremely disappointed upon arrival. The rooms do not match the photos they have uploaded online. It's the worst resort I've ever come across, with dishonest and untrustworthy staff. Despite having a reservation, we had to change our stay because it was impossible to trust them. Avoid this place at all costs--it's a complete scam!

White oak is a spacious and lovely property.with all the ammenties it will make your stay more cozy .this property is best suited for family with kids as they have a huge lawn. And good food make your stay like cherry on top. The staff is so cooperative and so helpful you will feel like you are at your home away from home. I am attaching few photos of my stay

Day 1 prior to Holi was nice , the staff was very helpful. On the holi day lot of things were promised but due to mismanagement holi party started around 1 pm Live stalls were promised but no live stalls Dj came late After making lot of calls we got our snacks Later in the evening there wasnt enough staff to provide service. Anytime we called they said it will take time as the person is alone in tge kitchen They need more staff and some experianced manager As the property ia very nice but due to mismanagement they will get a lot of backlash. Apart from this the food was very nice Both the chefs were very cooperative Aunty who was washing utensils was very nice and helpful. The lady who got our booking done was nice and made our journey smoother as she got the rooms thing sorted (they were showing us small rooms when we booked 4 large rooms) she also got our holi snacks sorted since there was a very poor arrangement for holi. One imp suggestion please hire one good manager for your property and experianced staff.
