Wonder Hills Hotel

Worst experience of all time ..... they have the commission thing with the auto driver due to which they overcharge us and gave no service. First they say they will give complimentary breakfast but then they denied it by saying " ki aapka auto wala commission le gya toh apko breakfast nahi milega " what the hell is that because we have paid the full amount also They have faulty lifts, late services, lacks basic amenities. They are basically conning customers. even the ashrams give better services than them and that too in reasonable price. Pathetic experience.

I have stayed in this hotel 7-8 times because I like the staff and hotel manager, the rooms are very clean and the food here is also very good. I feel good staying here every time.

Very nice Hotel at a reasonable price. Clean room. Comfortable bed and clean bedsheets. Spacious washroom with all modern fittings. Convenient Location. Nice place to stay Service may improve further. Stop lift floor announcements

Hotel staffs are not co operative. We booked 3 rooms for two night stay .but due to war situation we requested them for partial cancellation. But they didn't.and said that it's not our fault.such a rude behavior. And also hotel located in narrow street.parking facility is also not available

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! The positive reviews must be fake because this place is absolutely disgusting! We had booked 6 rooms and every single room had damp and mould on the walls, bedsheets, duvets and curtains! (See photos attached) We immediately saw it on the walls which we were willing to put up with, but then after asking for the bedsheets and duvet covers to be changed as they were dirty we discovered mould all over the duvets! How can a hotel allow their guest to sleep with mouldy duvets! We were shocked as we had family members with respiratory issues who were instantly reacting to the level of mould in the hotel. The hotel staff did not care when we complained. Another family in the hotel had booked 5 rooms and they all also had the same issues, all 11 rooms were vacated immediately and we found a new hotel.

Awesome stay.. Food is best in haridwar, rooms were clean, beautiful, bathrooms clean and hot cold water with all other required things... Even if the hotel is in narrow street they will provide provide you parking spot nearby .. just 1.5 km from Har ki pedi... Roof top dine in also available... Reasonable price. Staff is very cooprative

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a delightful experience. The location was perfect, situated within walking distance of local attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel offered a range of amenities.Our room was clean and comfortable, with a modern decor that provided a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions we had. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant, which offered a varied menu and tasty dishes that added to our overall experience. While it may not have been a luxury stay, the combination of location, service, and comfort made it a memorable getaway for us as a couple.

We had booked three rooms at this property for over 8k and during our negotiation they assured the price is fair for the services they provide however during the stay we encountered below problems 1. No extra towels, even if it is triple room they provided only 2 towels. Also when we asked for another towel as prior onces were wet after use they straight away denied. 2. No hot water in the chilled mornings of haridwar, they provide an electric rod that too 1 between 3 rooms. 3. Even when the hotel says it is a 2-star hotel, it lacks basic amenities such as dental kit. The price is comparatively high compared to other hotels in the same area with same service so I strongly don't recommend anyone staying here unless they want to burn there pockets.
