Rooms not maintained, You have to call hundred times then they will answer the call at reception. Washroom is not clean and very unhygienic Bathroom Lock is not proper Food quality is just like road side dhaba, and it's not being worth a 3 star hotel . Even oyo rooms are better from here, atleast they are clean and hygiene. The senior management needs to take preventative measures rather than waking after thr complaint. Very unprofessional management

My Overall Experience at the hotel was amazing. |I stayed in this hotel for relocating assistance by my organisation for a week and I would say I had the best experience staying here and I find my 7 days stay being too less in such a great hotel. I have stayed in 5 star hotel as well , so as per my experience, this hotel have all the facilities like that of a 5-star Hotel . Management and all the staffs are doing excellent job. Food was so tasty and even Housekeeping staff did their job very well. Everything is too good even 200 words are less for it.|I would definitely recommend my colleagues/friends to have atleast one day/night stay in this Hotel.

The rosewood apartment serves the best service to you. The rooms are clean and spacious. And the staff behaviour are good towards and they provide all the facility that you required. You are enjoying the good quality food and the place where is located is also good .

Please have Chai-Pakoda (Price: 300-350 INR) ||Staff is very friendly. Good people. Always tried to make stay as comfortable as possible. ||Breakfast was Okay-Okay but was worth with respect to it's price. ||Nice stay here, will definitely recommend to others as well.

This is our second visit to the property in last few years. A well kept property with very prompt and courteous staff. The food is quite homely and tasty. Had a pleasant stay. The place is right for a small as well as a large family group on a short vacation or pilgrimage.
