The hotel was easy to find, located in a clean, quiet and apparently VIP area in Haridwar, close to the railway station, bus stand, fire station, police station and govt. officials' residences. A clean, secluded ghat with excellent bathing facilities is located about 20 minutes walking distance (or 5 minutes e-rickshaw travel) away. Several small restaurants and eating joints are located nearby. Lots of e-rickshaws are available on the road in front.|The room was average: one double bed with ok mattress and pillows, attached bathroom (so-so clean, but with running hot water), a couple of towels and a small window with a view of the adjacent building. No electric kettle / refrigerator. Parking was limited to the road-side in front. We didn't try the hotel food. |This hotel has an excellent location and is ok for an overnight stopover at a very reasonable price. Though I reserved the room through booking.com (no pre-payment required), I received an email and several calls from the hotel asking for 25% advance payment "to confirm the booking". I didn't send any advance, but got the room anyway and paid on arrival. Reception staff was very polite and helpful with luggage, room selection and check-in. They even sent someone immediately to clean the bathroom on request.|Interestingly, I also received a message from booking.com after checking out the next day that my reservation had been cancelled (definitely not by me).

Worst Experience - Fraudulent Hotel! This hotel is a complete scam! I booked a luxury room based on the pictures they sent me, but when I arrived, they gave me a third-class room that looked NOTHING like what was promised. After making us wait for 2 hours, they assured me they would refund my money since I refused to stay in such horrible conditions. Now, they are completely ignoring my calls and refusing to refund my payment. The staff is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. Do not trust this hotel! They lure guests in with fake pictures and then cheat them. Avoid at all costs! I'm sharing the pictures they have sent me and thn the best luxury room they have at last. There staff also said there no room with us only like picture. Can you image these frauds.

I booked a "luxury" room expecting a high-end experience, but instead was given a third-class room that was nothing like the advertised pictures. The hotel not only misrepresented its accommodations, but also provided terrible customer service. I was forced to wait for two hours, and despite their promise of a refund, they have yet to return my money or answer any of my calls. I strongly caution others from trusting this hotel based on their misleading practices and poor service.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. . The check-in and check-out process was smooth. I would recommend this hotel to others.

All I can say is that I'll never rebook this hotel for stay. The rooms are smelly, small and dusty. Bedding is also not up to the mark and washrooms are totally out of question. I agree it's budget friendly but how does it matter when the stay option is like that.

I booked three deluxe rooms based on the attractive images and descriptions provided on your website and online platforms. However, upon arrival, I found the rooms to be significantly different from what was advertised. The rooms were smaller than standard rooms, and the bathrooms were not adequately cleaned. Furthermore, I encountered considerable difficulty in reaching out to the receptionist for assistance. Despite numerous attempts to ask for help, I was only able to get through a couple of times. The receptionist mentioned she was also focused on her children, which added to the frustration. I paid 25% advance and still waiting there response but no one want to speak Deluxe room pictures attached 210,211 Also please confirm gst tax if you booking online they will ask you this money later on

The rooms are big and spacious. It has an attached bathroom and toilet with a bath tup if you opt for bigger rooms. The room is in almost good condition. Service is extremely poor. We had to literally call them 3-4 times to beg for water or other needs.

The hotel is totally not worth the money. The room were dirty and they smelled. There was no provision to watch TV. No toiletries and no amenities. The lift was poorly maintained. 2 of us with baggage could barely manage to get inside. The doors of the room didn't locked from inside and the key mechanism was not at all working. When it comes to staff they were polite but not at all helpful. The only answer to your query was "this is what it is". I would not at all recommend staying in this hotel especially if you're travelling alone. The online booking places aren't going to help you the simple reply will be please contact the hotel staff. They are going to fixate on taking the rest of the Amount but please if you stay there check the room first satisfy with each and every thing and then pay.
