Pathetic services. Suggest not go for the same. I booked the last time from agoda and the listed name of the same hotel was different vs actual one. Faced lots of difficulties during that time. I've to opt for their services on higher charges as I've left with no options available.

First of all it's name isn't "the leaf inn" it's "the green leaf" my experience with this hotel was very bad, the room was so dirty even the bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket cover was so dirty it's not enough when I went to bathroom and opened the tap guess what the water was smelling like gutter water, they didn't even provide any bath kit. If I talk about the food then food was absolutely amazing I liked the taste of food!
Room & Service was good but they switched off the AC from there side most of the time, I stayed there for 2 days both days in the day time the AC was off but that's fine coz they switch it on as soon as you ask them to do (i think the reason is electricity bill). And the main issue that I faced was if you order something from outside from zomato or any other food delivering app, they will ask you to pay some extra amount for this I don't know the reason behind this they said it's not allowed, they have there own restaurant as well but there are very less items in the menu and everything is overpriced, they haven't mentioned anything about this ordering thing anywhere and IF YOU ARE A COUPLE everytime you goes outside the hotel they're going to ask "are you checking out" that's not a good thing to ask even if you checked in just before an hour, that's too cheap. The receptionist was good, he was too polite. I think they should work on this other than these things the hotel is a good place to stay, close to highway, good rooms.
Pathetic service. If you want to experience horror in your life this is the place. Worse food quality, unhygienic washroom etc.
Very good place to stay in haridwar with humble staff .
It endendored my family life. I was in the situation to lodge FIR.
