OYO 28238 New Classic Heritage

Impressive Standards for a Hotel in this region. We had perfect internet, very friendly staff, good food. The rooms are normally good as well - unfortunately we had a room without windows, but we have seen the other ones and they look great!

Very nice hotel located in shivalik nagar & 30 minutes distance from har ki pauri. Great thing I acknowledge is the personal attention given by the hotel staff particularly it's Manager. I convey my heartiest thanks for the hospitality I received here. I would definitely like to come here again & again and strongly recommends to others as well. Rating to hotel staff and manager --> 4 , 1 point deducted for improvement like water bottles should be provided at time of check in & breakfast charges if added by user from OYO it should be unlimited. OYO Hotel Rating--> 1 Star , worst discussion with customer care. Distance from har ki pauri, haridwar to hotel was shared incorrectly. Called twice to customer care number, both times call was put on hold and connected with other customer. No resolution given

Very rude behaviour of receptionist. No water , hand wash available in room. I am not happy with service of this hotel.

Banquet hall is sufficient for only 100 person but they booked for 400. So it was very congested. Otherwise okay.

I found this hotel the best hotel in Shivalik Nagar area .I visited this hotel two times and I got very good service both times. I have spent a lot of my time on this.Its a very good hotel..

From 2 to 5 am no a.c working not colling power cut by this hotel person... poor standard .. this type of problem done by every hotel in haridwar they cut a.c power in midnight 2.to 5am always...
