Melrose Inn

Well this place cannot and should not be called a Hotel. They have no idea about the hospitality industry. Services at a cheap lodge or Dharamshala are much better. I had some guests over and took them to Melrose Inn. My guests underwent great misery while they stayed there and I faced a lot of personal embarrasment thanks to the poor services and inept management. The moment you step in the misery begins. The ID proof takes overnight to be returned. You enter the room only to see dirty bed linen and no towels. You call house keeping and they tell you that the linen was changed only yesterday. Upon your raising the issue the bedlinen is changed very reluctantly. The room service is bad and the food unpalatable. You wake up in the morning only to realise there is no running hot water in your room. On complaining to the reception desk you are told to wait till such time as they arrange for a bucket of hot water in your room. When you point out that it is unacceptable to you, they come up with an even better one: " Sir, We will give you keys to another room, you make take a bath there and return the keys to us on doing so. I would most certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please go to a Dharamshala in Haridwar and believe you me the services will be much better. The sooner this hotel shuts down the better it is. It is places like this that give the hotel industry a bad name. DON'T EVER GO THERE. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENED. IF THERE WAS A PRIZE FOR POOR SERVICES MELROSE INN WOULD WIN HANDS DOWN.

Have less words to utter the"worst ever" hotel stay. Trying to mention few among them- dusted and unhygienic surrounding, park ur car on road, lift available for decoration purpose, poor staff behaviour.

The staff was good and A1 class dinning and food. Loved the decoration and the odour was best in class.best to visit with family. Roomstays were good and the rooms were fully equiped with everything needed.

Melrose Innis near to Gas Plant (300meters) and 100(meters) to petrol pump. It's on road from Bahadrabad to Shivalik Nagar. Basically it's in Ganga Nagri colony which is adjacent to Shivalik Nagar.

service are good and u can organise the party in here in budget, food qualities good

there was no geyser or hot water facility in winter season.
