Lemon Tree Hotel, Haridwar

My stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Haridwar was truly delightful! The rooms were incredibly chic and modern, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat after a long day of exploring. I was particularly impressed with the quality and variety of the food; every meal was delicious and satisfying. The service was also top-notch, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. While my overall experience was excellent, I did notice that the chairs in the restaurant could benefit from a bit more attention. Some of them had noticeable stains and oil patches, which detracted slightly from the otherwise pristine ambiance. A simple refresh or more thorough cleaning would elevate the dining experience even further. Despite this minor point, I wholeheartedly recommend the Lemon Tree Hotel in Haridwar. The combination of stylish rooms, fantastic food, and excellent service makes it a wonderful place to stay. I look forward to returning and seeing those restaurant chairs sparkling!"

Awesome place for company meeting.||All staff are too good specially Manish ji and Vaishali madam are too corporative. ||Clean place and stay is too good. Its like home place. Food quality is also good. They help us to arrange everything as we want. Always ask for Manish ji who will help and guide us with best rates.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The food was excellent, offering a great variety and taste. The live music performance on Saturday evening made the experience even more memorable. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay, with special thanks to Rakesh and Bhupendra for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Average experience. Not good for family stay. Complaint about persistent noise and disturbance from our adjacent rooms not resolved. Loud music played in a room but no action. Had to change hotel midway during our holiday. No face towel or hand towel provided. QR code of the in room dining menu did not work. Two alcohol shops nearby make the area noisy and chaotic at night.

All good great service. Front office was exceptional and staff was very nice. One should definitely visit and experience. Property's ambience & infrastructure was super soothing Lemontree team really facilitated in everything we were in requirement of.

It was really really nice hotel to stay and had a cozy experience there, all the services were top notch as it should be, especially in the dining where we had great experience with the food and the service, especially the star was three great professional as well as friendly personnel who assisted us with our great dining experience there, Soniya, Rumi and Rohit. Hope they keep their awesome expertise in their field and grow in their professional life. Huge thanks to the team and the hotel for this wonderful visit. Will visit again.

I had one of the worst experiences with the Lemon Tree hotel chain. They played loud music the entire night, and even after repeatedly calling them to stop, they kept us awake until 3 AM. I found myself utterly frustrated. It's better to stay in a hotel near the ghat--they are cheaper and, at the very least, they listen to their guests. This hotel was just pathetic. While I would love to stay in a Lemon Tree hotel again, I would never return to this particular one. It was a terrible experience."
